We booked Hyatt Regency for three non-consecutive nights for hop-offs between St. Moritz and Lapland, then finally home to US, and it more than exceeded our expectations. I’d say it’s the best airport hotel, but, while it certainly is that, it is also one of the best hotels anywhere. The staff doesn’t miss a beat, rooms are exceptionally clean, room service expedient and with extremely courteous personnel, food absolutely delectable! Hyatt Regency Zürich is exemplary all-around, a team of consummate professionals, qualities that are an increasingly lost art in the hospitality industry, even in the luxury category. They should be proud of themselves!

Excellent hotel, great location. Price is a little high, but not for Switzerland and it is much cheaper than the equivalent in the centre of Zurich and only a 10 minute rail journey away. The service was excellent and the hotel felt like a quality item. The meals are very expensive and not good value, but there are plenty of alternatives just outside the door so I don't know why they charge so much. The place was quite, clean and comfortable and I shall return.

The prices in the restaurant were high, even by Swiss standards and the food did not feel to be good value - perfectly edible, but I would have expected more at that price.

From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were absolutely blown away. The elegance, thoughtful design, and unparalleled comfort exceeded all expectations. The prime location, amenities and the spa only added to the experience, making our stay truly exceptional. However, what truly set this hotel apart was the outstanding service, beginning with our very first interaction at check-in. Tatiana welcomed us with warmth, professionalism, and genuine attentiveness, instantly making us feel valued and at home. She was prompt, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. Her exceptional hospitality set the perfect tone for our visit, and we want to ensure her efforts are recognized by management. While every staff member we encountered was incredible, Tatiana stood out as a true gem. Thanks to her and the remarkable team, this hotel feels nothing like a typical airport hotel—it’s a destination in itself. We will absolutely be returning. Bravo to the entire team!

Maybe a swimming pool but that is too much to ask!

First of all, the check in staff is exceptionally professional. His name is Onder, he served with politeness and an amazing smile. He gives us the warmest welcome and make us feel like going back home. I am not Hyatt high member but I feel like being one with his service. I am a Marriott platinum and I seldom praise reception or check in staff like this. Apart from Onder, rest is also amazing. Room interiors, restaurant, decor, etc. probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in Europe. Pick this hotel and you will not regret.

Excellent location, just next to check in terminal as well as arrivals. It’s great for travellers arriving and leaving from Zurich. Very spacious and beautiful clean rooms with great facilities.

Our rooms were not ready when we showed up for check in at 15:45 hours.That was surprising for a hotel of this repute. The written check in time was 15 : 00 hours. I found that highly unprofessional whatever might be the reason. we didn’t face this at any other hotel in entire Switzerland stay. However, the receptionist apologised and gave us the rooms in just next 10-15 minutes time.Not her fault though.

The comfort of the room and the location of the hotel

Heavy Security deposit (100 Swiss Francs per person per night). Huge delays in releasing the security deposit after check-out. I was given a duration of 36-72 hours. The amount was released after rigorous follow-ups I booked the hotel via Booking.com for a certain rate. At the end of the stay I was charged 112 Euros extra. Though I provided the confirmation from Booking.com

Perfect for early flight

Even though the hotel was almost empty, i got a room for disabled people. I’ve been there many times, i do not need and did not asked for disabled bathroom (with disgussting shower curtain) . Went back to the reception to ask if they had ‘normal’ room. ‘Of course’ they said. Why then?? Why do i have to feel unvomfortable to ask for another room. The explanation was ‘ the stuff did not know it was a special room’… 1. They knew for sure. 2. If she does nit know, she should not be at the reception. Sorry, hyatt regency is expensive enough to care…

A modern hotel with all the facilities you need. The rooms were very clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, and the overall design was sleek and modern. Breakfast was great, with plenty of options to choose from. We felt satisfied and ready for the day. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome. The location is perfect—right near Zurich Airport. It’s easy to find restaurants nearby or at the airport itself.

The staff at checkin and restaurant were all awesome! I interacted most with Paula and she was nice. The part that got me the most was forgetting my gold ring in the room at checkout, got the London before realizing this, I then called our cab driver in Zurich to go ask the hotel for it and it was handed over to him all wrapped up in an envelope after few confirmations. Thank you and please keep this going !

The CARPETs !! That green carpet in the room should be taken out !!!!!

It is a very comfortable hotel room and great location only because it is an airport hotel. Easy access to the airport even with luggage in tow. Staff is helpful and there are short-term (15 minutes) parking lots outside main entrance to drop off luggage.

Two minor things stood out for me. First is the lack of porter service given this is a 4-star international hotel. Second is the room size is not ideal for 3 persons. Adding the extra bed plus 3 pax luggage is a bit of a stretch I felt.
