The hostel is close to the train and bus station so it is convenient for moving around quickly by foot or bike. The bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom were very clean. Calm and quiet environment for a nice rest. Body foam and shampoo were provided. The TV could stream many channels from around the world. There is a water distributor downstairs with hot and cold water and some tea bags to choose from for a warm beverage after a long day of strolling around.

Not what I’d typically call a Hostel, but had the basics covered and my room was clean and spacious. The helpfulness of the staff/owner was incredible - when asked for information about a problem I was having, he took the whole morning helping me himself to get it resolved - never seen such kindness even in Taiwan!

Towels were more like napkins. Did the job though.

Big room with TV, AC (no mini-fridge though).

They use disposable towers (paper thin). No toilet paper, just tissues. Be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs (5th floor for my single). No separation between shower and toilet.

Everything was excellent for being a hostel! Clean room, clean bathroom, lots of space for 4 people, decently comfy bed, and the service was stellar. The host is such a nice, accommodating, and helpful man. I felt very comfortable at this hostel! Definitely recommend!
