Great location,short walk to bus station,market and pier,saw the lake view from our balcony, breakfast also good.

Sadly,the WiFi took the rating down, can't connect for hours after we checked-in,need to waited for other man to fixed, after was ok.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was great, room was comfortable and everything as advertised.

The buffet breakfast was very simple, which was fine but plain. We could hear water running from other rooms during the night. Not a big issue, and we'd stay here again.

Location is very convenient, close to bus stop. The breakfast was decent. The owner upgraded us to family room because we said we don't want to carry our heavy suitcases to 7th floor where no elevator access.

Location, parking is offsite but not too far away (3-5mins walk), the design of the room is quite different and its refreshing. Staff are friendly and willing to help (but i do speak Mandarin). Good price. Value for money is great.

The hotel management were all very friendly and helpful. Plus it is a short walk to the Itathao Pier and shopping and eat street.

The staff are welcoming, they even lend us an umbrella when its raining..the location is near the rope way 5 mins walk.

The breakfast, if you are staying for 1 week its a bad idea because i think they serve exactly the same breakfast everyday.

Location was convenient. Room was huge. WiFi worked well. Fridge in room. Reception staff were very nice, but English is not spoken. Easy to communicate by Google Translate though, so not an issue for us. The price was good.

Only 3 parking spaces outside the hotel, but we were told that there is alternative parking elsewhere. Shower hose was not very long. Did not like the glass window from the bedroom into the bathroom, but a curtain could be drawn inside the bathroom. The bathroom decor needed a bit of a refresh in terms of decor, as did the room.
