The room was large and the bed comfortable. The staff were wonderful, any problems were dealt with quickly. Breakfast was different each day and plentiful.

The room is bright so you might need blinders at night.

Owners are kind. We gained a friend from here, their Staff Ann is so kind and helpful. We were well assisted by her.

1. The location of the hotel was great, it was right on the main market street in Ita Thao. 2. The hotel has an elevator. 3. Price was very affordable for the area

1. The parking lot is not next to the hotel! If you are driving a car, ask the staff for the location of the parking lot in advance. We notified the staff days in advance that we would be driving a car and would need parking. They confirmed they had parking but that was it. We were not informed that the parking lot is the next street over and we were not given the address for the parking lot. We arrived around 6:00pm and since the hotel is on a very busy market, the street was full of people. (I do not recommend driving down the street the hotel is on, it is almost impossible since there are so many pedestrians) We spent an hour calling the hotel and trying to find the parking lot and trying to locate the hotel once we were parked. The staff should have provided the address for the parking lot before our arrival, especially since we notified them days in advance that we would need parking. 2. The room was rather dirty and had a lot of stains on the walls and doors. The bathroom had glass walls (thankfully there was a curtain) but it would have been very awkward if we had not been a married couple. 3. The wifi only worked if the overhead light was on.

The bathroom was disgusting. A lot of mold throughout. I like to help out the small business owner, but this was pretty uncomfortable. Rated too high on booking.com

Very spacious and nice room at a perfect location.

Worn facilities. Have been very nice, a decade or two ago, but lack of maintainance has some impact. Also not very clean.

Power sockets behind tv was loose and tv didn’t appear to work. Toilet bowl was blocked after a couple of flushes. However location was top notch as we liked to be close to food stalls and shops.

Really not worth the price. Rooms have windows to the hallway that can’t be covered and let the permanent light in during the night. WiFi shuts down when you shutdown the lights. Fridge does not work. Bathroom is rusty and not very clean. Breakfast sucks (does not matter if you are western or Taiwanese). Bed is meh. Towels have holes in them. Typical Taiwanese decrepit place where the owner refuses to invest a single dollar to make it even a tiny bit better. Do not recommend. Other options that are 100m away are better for maybe 200-300 ntd more.
