Everything was fine! Large rooms with a nice view on the forest, large bathroom with bathtub and nice showers, reversible air conditioning was good to heat the room as we had cold weather there, very nice staff making the effort to serve a different breakfast plate every day, 5-minute walk to the old streets where shops and restaurants are with very nice and cheap local food. We had a car rented and they have a free parking available. Very good place close to the Sun Moon Lake :)

The room was HUGE and beautifully appointed, all of the furnishings were well kept, slightly dated but all in great condition. The bathroom and beds were all pretty clean; I’d rate them a 10/10 on that. The room could be slightly cleaner but it was still excellent value. Beds were comfortable but we kept sliding off them HAHA not sure what the sheets were made of but they were hilariously slippery. The view was of foliage and shrubbery but as long as there was a window with decent light I was fine. Loved that the toilet had a clean bathtub and I could soak in! Hot water was plentiful and there were free toiletries. Breakfast was a simple sandwich and salad but the view on level 10 was excellent. Great stay!

The toilet bowl got clogged easily so I’d advise everyone to go easy on the TP. We were also expecting housekeeping but I think there was none for short stays but that was alright. Location was alright but it was still a wee bit further from the pier; my elderly mother was struggling a little up the hill.

The location is great and easy to find. They have their own parking area as well. The room was also very quiet. I could not hear any outside noise. The air conditioning worked very well on a hot day.

Gorgeous balcony on floor 10. Very quiet. Spacious room. Nice and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast! This hotel is a 10 out of 10!

Friendly staff, good size room and great communal kitchen/snack hub. Breakfast was vouchers for McDonalds.

The property is not a RESORT, its a HOTEL. Has no facilities that a resort has, like swimming pool, a bar, and some restaurants. The images used for the promotion of this hotel are misleading. There is no open area dinning in the woods, its just a picture of the dinning table next to a poster of woods in the B1 area of the property.
