Our family stayed in the Quadruple Room with Lake View for two nights, and the view was absolutely breathtaking! The staff went above and beyond - always greeting us with warm smiles and friendly hellos whenever we passed by. Our spacious room was very clean. The hotel location is so convenient. It's right next to the old street with all the charming gift shops and restaurants. They even provided free car pak in such a busy area, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The only minor note is that some guests might find the 50-meter walk from the car park slightly inconvenient during rainy weather.

The room is very spacious, clean, well pointed, pleasantly decorated and furnished with reasonably good furniture. The quilt is feather filled. Towels are new and clean. Good provision of bathroom amenities. The lake view from the room is fantastic. Breakfast spread is good consider the size of the hotel. There are cooked Chinese wishes, buns, rice porridge, bamboo rice, breads, cakes, coffee, teas, juice, soy milk, fruits, etc. more than enough to fill up everyone’s stomach. The property is literally steps away from the jetty, surrounded by shops and food places.

Hotel is directly next to sun moon lake and below it is food and night market hence it is convenient. However to get to the hotel, will need transport. Things around it is tourist pricing.

There are renovation ongoing when I went hence it will be nice to inform us when we are booking the hotel instead of telling us when we are already at the hotel and nothing much we can do. Lucky renovation only happen during the day time when we are not in room and only minor drilling and hammer sound.

This part of Sun Moon Lake is not where most tourists stay, but i like the quieter environment. The hotel is near the shopping and eating street although there are not many shops like in more touristy places. The room overlooks the lake. There is a walkway by the lake just in front of the hotel, and we saw the sunset from there. There are restaurants nearby serving tribal dishes. The hotel staff were helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was quite nice with healthy vegetables and the bamboo rice was delicious!

The room is small, but it has a balcony. There was some singing coming from outside near the pier which went on till quite late at night. People walking along the lake just next to the hotel could make noise too.

Austin at front desk spoke English very well and explained to me all i could do in area, even providing discount code for biking and extended check out by an hour so i could shower before a long day ahead of transportation. My room faced the lake and was amazing. The breakfast was one of the best during my vacation. I liked the shower and bath option that did not the rest of bathroom wet. I bought a bath bomb at 711 nearby and soaked after full day biking.

Room was clean, nice balcony and view of the lake. Mini fridge, water cooker and some tea. Showergel/shampoo and conditioner available. It was a very comfortable room. Breakfast buffet was limited but very decent: lots of vegetables, some fruit and Taiwanese specialties. I liked our stay a lot!

Our neighbours had very loudly screaming kids which we could hear through the hallway. After knocking on their door and asking them to keep it down, they finally did. They were equally as loud at the breakfast table, too bad.

The view from the room was exceptional. The room and bathroom facilities were generously sized (in our case).

While the breakfast was potentially acceptable if taken early, arriving late is another matter since items ran out and were not replenished and substitutions not provided resulting in a lack of choices with a resulting inadequate sad pillaged look to the offerings. The main indoor seating in the room was essentially outdoor furniture although it didn't immediately appear so visually.

The hotel staff are very helpful, even though we checked in quite late (close to midnight). Free undercover parking is available at a dedicated spot near the hotel. It’s right in front of the Ita Thao Visitor Centre. The breakfast included was also good, ample selection of hot food.

Great location. The Ita Shao pier and food street are just downstairs. The cable cars station is just a short pleasant walk away. Nice view of the lake. Clean and well maintained room. Coffee table and chairs in the room as well as the balcony. Bathroom with a view of the lake. Great for soaking up the view of the lake. Breakfast with a good spread of local and western dishes.

Can be quite noisy when there are activities at the the pier. During my stay there was a group of evangelist singing with loud speakers at the pier.

Nice hotel, just next to the pier, which makes it easy to take ferries to other villages on the lake. Also next to some trails and at walking distance from the cable car. Some restaurants around (closing early). The town is busy during the day but very quiet at night. Room was of a good size, staff is helpful and breakfast is alright. The hotel also got a parking lot nearby in case someone is going there by car.
