Great view of the lake, close proximity to the itathao food stalls which usually open around late afternoon, didn't have to worry about missing the last ferry ride to shuishe so can really slowly walk around the stalls and area

While the room is kept moderately clean, there are some unfortunate bugs lying around and a bit of mold too. But doesn't really affect the overall experience. Other issue is how far it is to get to the hotel because the car had to drive halfway around the lake, so if your flight comes late, be prepared for a long journey

This was a very welcoming, clean, and accommodating hotel. Check in was very easy. We arrived from Taichung via bus around 11 am and wanted to drop off our luggage (note: this hotel is located in Itashao so you have to take a boat or bus to get here from the main drop off location at shuishe). We asked if we could do early check in were promised to be notified via phone call if a room was available earlier than check in (check in is at 3 pm, I believe we received a call around 1:30 pm). The staff was so nice, they even gave us recs on what to eat around the area (recommend the gua baos in the area, and chicken wing stuffed with sticky rice). Main downstairs lobby bathrooms were clean, and the bathroom in the room was automated with a bidet! Overall very clean, beautiful views, relaxing to stay at. Breakfast the next day was a plentiful buffet with a great variety of food and beverages to choose from. Bed was extremely comfy as well.

Very comfortable hotel. Room is big. En suite bath area is big. Staff is helpful and friendly. Located right in front of the pier which is very convenient. Lots of food choices around the hotel.

Expensive. Room was not facing the lake which was not clearly stated in the booking website. Only one lift which is not convenient. Breakfast was too limited.

Very nice view of the lake. Very good breakfast on Sunday morning. Large room, well design. The hotel's team is friendly and serviceable.

There are no Western's food restaurants around the hotel location. Hotel's parking is 200 meters far from the hotel. It was difficult to find it on the night of arrival. The bad was wide , but not long enough for me (180 cm)

The staff was really friendly and helpful. We travelled with my mum who's in wheelchair. Though the ramp in front of their porch is small, the staff (didn't get her name) tried to help with our wheelchair without us requesting. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, clean and nice with bay windows for us to sit and enjoy the views. Really enjoyed our stay there!

If there's a door to the toilet bowl in our room, it'll be better so other people who are staying in the room can also use the sink while one is in the toilet.

Location excellent, right by the water, overlooking the lake. Very clean, room spacious and comfortable, even boasted a jacuzzi as well as a shower. Outside the front door plenty of night-life, but the windows were perfectly soundproof! Good variety in the breakfast buffet.

We had hoped to be able to eat dinner in the hotel, disappointed to find that on Saturday evening the kitchen was closed.

This was the first time that I booked this property. I primarily booked it for my parents who were flying into Taiwan for 10 days. Their stay coincided with their anniversary, so I was taking a bit of a leap of faith when I selected a property that I had never been to (or heard of). But it was a fantastic experience. The lakeside view room for my parents was everything I had imagined and wanted for them. My room, which did not have a view (and I selected it that way) was very comfortable and right next door to my parents in case they needed anything. The staff was very accommodating and so friendly. The location was superb as it was right in front of the dock, and about a 10-15minute walk to the gondola.

Just located above Ita Shao food street. Walking distance to the cable car station, ferry station and buses. The room was spacious with beautiful lake view. Breakfast was prepared specially for each guest. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We booked the room with a view, and my mother really enjoyed it. Personally, I loved the comfy beds and the bathroom as well. Exceptional! It's super close to the Ita Thao night market but not noisy at all.

Beautiful hotel, all glass and mirrors. The room with sea view is superb. a roof top to sip a little aperitif and play cards or read. Breakfast with a buffet.
