The room was huge and very attractive, especially the bathroom with it's huge standalone tub. The location was superb and afternoon / evening staff was very helpful. The front desk was usually unmanned in the mornings.

There is no sign that we could find on the front of the hotel entrance to show that it's the Ace hotel, even in Chinese. It actually looks like a tea shop or cafe! Really really need some kind of signpost for guests. We had to go into booking.com website to find a photo of the outside of the property to locate it! The large seating in the room was super uncomfortable and too deep for normal humans, though it looked cool. I don't know if it's intended to convert to an extra bed but I desperately wanted a comfortable sofa or chairs instead of a good-looking but uncomfortable one. Several of the designer lights in the room had no bulbs and they were using other lights instead, which was a shame from decor perspective.

The location to the nearest Ita Thao night market and other restaurants or convenience stores is within the walking distance (about 2 mins). I have nothing to complain about the hotel and thanks for updating one of our room because we have infant traveling together. There is a lot of space in the room and the bed is quite large and comfortable.

Nothing. May be can include some cereals for breakfast. Because kids might not like breads and porridge. (Just my opinion)

The owner was super friendly, warm and caring. She will always ask what our plans for the day was, and give is advice on transport, etc. The place is within walking distance of both the pier and the bus stop. It's also within walking distance of the Ita Shao shopping streets where there's food. The view is great and the room is large and very clean. Looks newly renovated. Breakfast provided is simple but really good!

The staff were very lovely and accomodating despite us arriving earlier than the check-in time. Our young kids absolutely loved the play area in the lobby area. Rooms were very clean and well looked after. Would highly recommend.

Lovely attentive service, eager to assist regardless of the language barrier. Quick and efficient check in. Spacious rooms. Simple and tasty breakfast (congee, toast etc).

The hotel is just within walking distance to 伊达邵 street. There's a small playground for the kids at the lobby area to entertain themselves while the adults can have their breakfast.

Super clean and aesthetic! The staff is very helpful and friendly!

Nothing much. If I really have to say, it would be good to have a toilet bowl with seat warmer.
