The room is quite new and spacious, which we really appreciated.

However, we had an issue during checkout. We messaged the host to ask if we could leave our luggage in the lobby, and she agreed. But when we returned at 12:30 PM to pick it up, we couldn’t reach her — neither by message nor by phone — which caused a lot of stress as we nearly missed our train. In the end, we were lucky that another guest happened to be leaving the building, so we managed to get our luggage. Tip for future guests: make sure to get clear instructions from the host on how you’ll retrieve your luggage later, just in case no one is around to help.

Staff was very kind & easy to work with. We had a large group and asked to store our luggage when we arrived earlier than check-in time and also stored luggage for most of the day after we checked out. We were going to see the Lantern Festival which was in 2 different areas and the staff even offered great advice for which area was better, transportation to get there, etc. Location was convenient- walking distance or quick & cheap Uber ride to nearby markets & sightseeing areas.

The hotel's location is ideal for tourists as it is surrounded by many food shops and tourist attractions, making it easy for guests to explore the area without having to travel far. The hotel staff is friendly, professional, and always ready to assist guests with any request. The hotel rooms are clean, spacious, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities to make guests feel comfortable and at home. The hotel's atmosphere is calm and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind after a busy day of exploring the city. It is located near many popular tourist attractions, making it an excellent choice for travelers who want to experience everything the city has to offer.

The place is cozy and modern with lift inside the building block. Beds are comfy. There is a washing machine available (free of charge) on the top floor with an undercover drying area to hang your clothes.

There is no mini fridge in the room but at reception area in the communal kitchen. Parking can be difficult as it’s on the main road.

Breakfast was fantastic, the house so calm and peaceful, the mountainbikes the give to the guests were a wonderful way to experience Hualien! And food in the little town was great, too!!! And the hosts were just wonderful!!!

The property is walking distance to Shennong Markets and activities. Great value for money and family friendly.

Entry to the main apartment building was via passcode that changed everyday - the user experience of that was not that great. Code into the apartment was fine.

Cute hotel, close to the lively center of Tainan. The staff was helpful, the room was nice and big, nicely decorated.

The bathroom was quite old-fashioned although very clean. A little noisy (could hear lots of planes flying over, and construction work outside).
