The rooms are nice modern and spacious, the sky suites with the city view has excellent views of the city and local airport. There are multiple restaurants all very high level and with multiple types of cuisine. Even the Lobby Lounge has excellent drinks and food options. The breakfast is very good and has nice views of the gardens. The bath with a beautiful city view is a nice touch. The convention areas are very good and have high ceilings.

The bathroom area cannot be closed off from the bedroom on both sides... never seen that before, so that means that the nice automatic curtains that close off the light to the room, the bathroom window lights and nightlights cause the room to be bright again... a little gripe but like they even have space for a door and they didn't put one...

Big room with open view. The toilet is very clean, organized and spacious. Decorations in the hotel were elegant and very modern. Food and beverages at various restaurants were excellent.

I sent an email to hotel Marriott to request for an appointment for dinner at Inge’s on Christmas Eve about 1 week before the stay at the hotel. Shortly after I got a reply from the staff afterwards. However when we arrived at the restaurant, the appointment was somehow not noted by the restaurant beforehand, and so we waited at the reception for around 10-15 minutes. Fortunately the receptionist at Inge’s was very helpful to arrange for us, so my family and I managed to have a good meal on Christmas Eve.

Very good breakfast and dinner at the Garden Restaurant. Used the rooftop pool, did not get around to using the gym but it looked OK.

The location is not perfect. It is some distance from the airport but there is no problem getting taxi. It is some distance from the main shopping/CBD area so we worked out how to use public transport.

View from the room was great. As the hotel was next to a car park, there was unrestricted view to the ferris wheel nearby. The gym was big with many equipments and it was on a high level, giving a good view while exercising. Beds were the soft kind, which was perfect for me. Room was spacious and had ample space for luggage. Loved how there was a table and single seat sofas in the room. Great to sit and chat at the start and end of a day. Toiletries given were nice. Lighting in the toilet was a plus. Convenience store was available right in front of the hotel and there were several more on the side.

Would be great if there were more usb ports for charging. It's far from Taoyuan airport and several tourist spots. Great if you want to enjoy a stay out of the bustling city, yet be in driving distance from the main attractions.

Location and being modern and large rooms

The lack of bath product’s (gel, bath liquid, conditioner) in the bath!! I had to take washing products from the shower to the bath in a cup! I hate your silly fixed products fittings! Terrible idea!!! Stop being cheap we pay 400 euros a night give clients bath products

Staff are very helpful and polite. The breakfast are really tasty and have a lot of options

Pool is a bit small, so it feels crowded already if there is any family in the pool.

Beautiful modern hotel, spacious room and very clean. Attentive and pleasant staff. The area is close to shops, food options and the mall.

We were disappointed the pool was closed and couldn’t enjoy a night there.

breakfast ok, but too repetitive and the same food which should have a little variance for a week, hotel room is big , the amenities are ok.

hotel location site is a little far out of the commercial district., no spoon n fork in the room , just teaspoon and table knife.

No mini bar, small snacks, utensils, or bottle opener in the room? (We asked housekeeping for the last 2 and some extra water though, and they helped us out with those right away)

The breakfast was delicious. There were many choices to choose from, and everything was in a setting to delight the eye. We enjoyed the view from our window, All of the staff were very friendly and efficient.
