It is located in the old part of the city. But the hotel itself is refurbished and very clean. The staffs are very polite and helpful. The breakfast is a surprise --- is far better than I expected. It is even better than some so-called 4-star hotels.

As the hotel is in the old part of the city, the roads (narrow lanes in fact) around are narrow and crowded. So it is somewhat hard to park the car (freely) at the basement (a detour to the other side of the building via a narrow lane is needed). But the staffs are very helpful.

The Bonza Hotel is a really nice little hotel that offers great value for the money. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable, and the staff are great. The concierge was very pleasant and always made a special effort to accommodate our requests. We stayed at a few different modestly-priced hotels in Taiwan, and the Bonza was by far our favourite.

It was nice being able to grab a quick breakfast in the morning. If you’re just having coffee, toast, and fresh fruit - which is what I usually had - then it’s perfectly fine. The cooked dishes, however, are served on heat plates that don’t really keep the food hot. That’s a small complaint in an otherwise good experience. The staff working in the breakfast buffet were all very pleasant.

Restroom was very compact, taking bath need to stand up on bathtub. Towels are a bit rough to touch. I don't drink beer. :( so left in the property.

Room was roomy for a reasonable price. Staff were as helpful as they could be. Room was clean, comfortable and pleasing to the eye. Very nice breakfast. Many vegetarian restaurants handy too for our friends. Good to be able to do our own laundry also.

Good location for us and it had underground parking

Shower over the bath It was a high bath to get in and out of. The lady who checked us in wasn’t very friendly unlike the gentleman at the desk who was very helpful.

Convenient to many eateries n shops around - next to the train station n shuttle bus to High Speed rail station outside the street near Hospital

The location is near to the train station. Another thing is their room is so clean and quiet enough, you could stay here for a while to think about life.
