The breakfast was a lot, and variety. The apartment was clean and upon arrival the reception staff was friendly and well informed about my arrival. The customer service was very good, they were kind enough and polite too. It was a total value for money. I also liked the proximity of the apartment to almost all restaurants and beach hotels around.

The pool doesn’t look friendly for kids and is not marked whether it’s how many feet deep. It should have a deep end and shallow but that is just a suggestion because I definitely would love to go back there with my family. The frogs shrill was too much at night. This disrupts sleep. Wish there was something to be done about that.

Beautiful small room .just ask them for everything they will provide for you .maybe things are listed but they forgot .such us :boiler ,cups etc etc .so just ask don’t make my mistake to wait people ask you what needed :-) Beautiful toilet ,with hot water so beautiful shower when you want hot water is there . Comfortable bed .Clean swimming pool very well kept Wi-Fi no good and all most the time no working in any areas .many black outs but always they were ready to turn generator on . Decent breakfast should be improved with fruit varieties but everything was good quality and fresh . For the rest quite bit large taste breakfast.chef very good made me a lovely local fish for lunch . If you pay by card a small charge will be taken !!did not like that . All the staff smiling all the time ,reserved ,no noises ,I would give a very big 10 !! Also the owner has been very kind :. Nice place for money that you pay for it.

No supermarket nearby ,roads are very very bad ..at night very dark .if rains you need to hire a boat for a few days waiting the water dries off .wi-fi doesn’t work in the room and around the building .area is a bit far away in the middle of no where .but use BOLT APP AND YOU WILL NOT BE ALONE !!..

The rooms have enough space, double beds air conditioning, mosquito nets and the ceiling fans. Hot water. Nice and helpful staff. Nice location being closer to the Mlimani city mall and Mikocheni Plaza mall.

The kitchen cabinets have been placed too high to reach, the kitchen undecounter needs shelves for storage. The wardrobes in the room are open and have only one shelf, need more shelves for storage and doors. The plumbings in the bathrooms and the kitchen need repairs. The food menu is very limited for choices.

It is exactly as advised . Nice clean place. Value for money and really nice friendly and helpful staff. Also the place is really quiet with a nice comfy pool. nice for relaxing or working online.( Good WiFi connection) Throughout the hotel

Nice safe place. Staff were very friendly and helpful. All in all everything about the place and staff is decently good.

The location is good especially if you arrive by car and want to avoid the busy hustle of the city. We found the place easily. The apartment was very spacious, clean and everything worked well, like hot shower and the little kitchen. Our kids loved the swimming pool and the staff was so kind to keep our watermelon loving son happy with complimentary watermelons. I can totally recommend this place, it's great value for money and it's easy to move around using Bolt services.

The place could really use a professional chef. The food is ok, but not very special. I am sure more guests would enjoy their meals here if there was some nice options for food.

The hotel is secure, quiet and has good rooms with balcony airco, TV, big bed and a good square mosquito net. The swimming pool is an extra bonus. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast is included and can be modified each day. The manager is very good in sorting out any issues and requests. The location is within easy reach from shops, beach and restaurants (by BOLT very easy and not expensive)

The mattress is quite hard and would be better with a mattress topper. The staff are very friendly but can be quite slow and do not speak very good English. Some rooms are small so it is better to request a bigger room. The location is central, but not walking distance from anywhere.

Our staying in the hotel was very comfortable and pleasure included location is totally safety. Staff were very friendly, support and helpful. There are also interesting places around the hotel to visit. The restaurant has a lot of different kind of foods we could choose. the food are very good tasty. The breakfast is great. i will recommend everyone to visit this beautiful and comfortable hotel. they are still working to improve it

One thing we didn't like is Television programmes was not enjoyable to watch and very bored as it lacked movies and other interesting entertainment. There was no subtitles for me to read because i am deaf. In my next visit, i hope they make this progrmme a very interesting to watch

We had the most exceptional stay. The staff was so attentive and friendly. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment and the rates were truly remarkable as well. The rooms were clean and all of our accommodations and/or requests were met in a timely manner. The pictures online are exact but I attached a few of my own to show it's a fact! We will certainly be staying at Mikocheni Condo again in the future. Kudos to this family owned business. Nitakuona hivi karibuni!

Very helpfull host. The appartement was okay, rooms and beds are comfortabel. WiFi is working very well. Staff is helpfull and kind. Diner is available for a very good price.

One bathroom had a unpleasent smell. The shower was turning cold fast. Breakfast is okay, but more choice would be nice. We had one day fresh juice and one day fruit. It would be nice if this would be offered every day. For us mandazi is perfectly fine, but I can imagine not all people from Europe would appreciate this. Choice between bread and mandazi maybe.

The owner is just a lovely caring guy. His level of English and understanding is second to none. The lady Atu is just a sweetheart. I have stayed in this hotel many times on my travel to Dar. Food was delicious.
