Great Stay at Seashells Millennium Hotel! Huge thanks to Mr. Saleem, the Front Office Manager, for upgrading us to a bigger room when the AC in the room needed fixing. He also recommended the executive rooms, which were excellent. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel’s location on the highway in vibrant Mikocheni is perfect. Special thanks to Rosy at the reception for her kindness. Highly recommend this hotel!

The place was very serene even though it was close to the road. The rooms were spacious and very neat. The staff were very helpful, especially Mrs Rosy . The location is central with a lot of shops and banks around, about 30 minutes drive from the airport. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

The breakfast options were limited.

The property is in a great location to visit multiple attractions, but not too far to access the airport. Also, the general manager and staff were more than hospitable. I will definitely stay here again upon my visit.

My only I had was the water pressure in my room was not high enough, but the staff made the switch immediately upon my complaint.

breakfast was superb, room very nice but bathroom can be upgraded, 100% cleanliness of rooms, air conditioners worked very well. and ooh, before I go, staff was very welcoming

the hotel did not have their bar functioning on Sunday, the day we stayed. they need to work on this, Sundays are quite and can better be enjoyed at the hotel

A great location. The rooms are perfectly nice and the staff were lovely. The decor in the restaurant, bar and pool area could use an update, but it’s worth pointing out that the food at the restaurant was excellent. We stuck with Indian food (since the chef is from India) and we were not disappointed. He made some really wonderful dishes.

Some of the communal area need updating, especially the downstairs lobby area with the coffee shop.

Everything except for the shower and the breakfast menu

The showers are small and the overhead shower is to big for a shower that small, so you have no where room to lather up without the water hitting you from above while you’re trying to lather your body up

The hotel was clean and bedding we cotton.

The gym equipment was old and needed urgent repair. The fixtures (taps and toilet flush buttons) in the bathroom are old and need replacement.

I liked everything at the hotel. The food was excellent. Great prices, great portion sizes, and great diversity in the menu. The bonus of room service after hours and a full breakfast buffet made the stay comfortable. I liked the gym and having access to it daily.

Great location, close to nice restaurants. The restaurants has great food at a reasonable price. Loved the customer service.

The hot water in the bathroom didn't seem to be working very well. The bathroom seemed a bit old and patched up. It felt like it could use some renovation.
