Good rooms, great staff and economical facilities. Stayed here 1 day before and 3 days after climbing Kilimanjaro for a week. Was perfect accommodation before and after the expedition.

The location is the middle of a village. There are no amenities around. Wifi is erratic, but can manage airline check-in, emails and social media posts, if patient. Kitchen takes 30 mins to prepare all orders. But both food and bar are great.

Staff are fantastic and the cost is such great value. Perfect place for extended stays. The excursions through African delights are also a highlight

Well located in a peaceful neighbourhood... quite far from town but an easy walk through a village and by a vanilla plantation to where the tuk-tuks stop. Cheap ride to town... of course the reception will order you a taxi if that's your preference. Excellent hotel with excellent staff who can organise all kinds of activities. Restaurant and bar. Rooftop terrace with mountain views, cloud-permitting. All facilities, including strong wi-fi

Nothing negative to report

The staff were wonderful. Extremely friendly, always smiling and ready to help. We only stayed two nights and were out for most of the day but we felt like part of the family right away. Food was reasonably priced and all cooked there and then, at any time we wanted! Breakfast was plentiful and again cooked to order from a wide choice. We loved the location, which although out of downtown Moshi itself, was in the middle of a local village suberb, giving us an insight into the local way of life. All in all we would have happily stayed for longer! I think the young boys running the place are doing an excellent job

If I was to be picky, the bathroom could be improved slightly, but at the end of the day this is a lovely local hotel not a five star lodge so it was perfectly adequate!

I liked how courteous the staff was, and they were pretty accommodating. The team frequently gave me decent tips about ways to get around the city and was genuinely interested in how I spent my time.

There are homes next door and the rooster crows at dawn (it's not the hotel's fault, though).

The breakfasts were great Patrick(the cook) was very accommodating with breakfast options, and I found the food which was prepared for me to be delectable.

That I did not have more time to stay there. It was a very relaxing place to stay. Great staff!!

The hotel is very secure as an enclosed compound with 24 hour security and has beautiful view of Mount Kilimanjaro and there is a lovely roof area. The staff and Reception are very helpful and friendly and the rooms are nice. The restaurant takes a bit of time until you get your food, but the wait is worth it. The food is fresh and delicious and good proportions and the Restaurant staff are so nice and friendly and helpful, especially Freeman

Friendly and enthousiastic personnel; continuity of electrical power due to the generator in place, also allowing for continuity of WiFi, airco, etc. Food was good. Maybe took time to prepare, but that’s because they only use fresh ingredients and nothing is pre-cooked.

The security, the high ceilings, the beautiful view of Mount Kilimanjaro the openness of the hotel great staff always helpful and so professional and polite

The unpaved Road leading up to the hotel was quite bumpy but nothing we can’t handle. The breakfast was great. It can be a little better by having filter coffee and not instant coffee.
