Me and my friend Ronika came to Ndame for my birthday trip. Our stay was exceptionally great. Ms. Anna, the manager went above and beyond interms of customer service. She was flexible to make sure our stay was comfortable and came over personally to surprise me on my birthday. She is literally the best host ever. Special thanks to all FnB and HK staffs too to anticipate our need. FnB staff Mr. Prince, Ms. Lutfia and Mr. Frank were amazing servers and had a positive and welcoming attitude toward the guests. Definitely recommending Ndame Paje Hotel to everyone for the stay without any second doubt. Can’t wait to come over again to stay in this property next time. Thanks to the whole team of professionals to make my birthday stay memorable.

Amazing location close to everything, Comfortable pool area, tasty and rich breakfast, simple rooms with everything that I needed, comfortable bed. The manager Anna is very service minded and tried to accommodate all the requests I had and was very helpful in general. The security always on point, the area was always well guarded, massage for reasonable price and good quality.

The restaurant staff was way below the level of the hotel itself. Waiting for 2 hrs just to find out the staff forgot the order again, or impossible to find a staff that can take the order from you because they are all 15 of them gathered around the table to print the receipts. It all looked very chaotic and unsupervised. I know this is Africa, but compared to other restaurants, this was the lowest level of service I experienced. I am still happy to come back, because I believe the management will try to fix this :)

Anne the host was brilliant and accommodating, her support staff were really great, and it was an absolute pleasure staying at Ndame. The location was perfect with really great facilities such as the pool area on the beach. The restaurant food was delicious and great value for money. We will definitely be visiting again and recommending Ndame to other travelers.

Personal preference, but the pillows were a little soft.

The food was great, from the breakfast to the meals. The fish was delicious and always ask if they have more variety than what's in the menu or what the waiter tells you at first, as they may have. The drinks are also very good. Nice pool, nice location by the beach and near other places in Paje. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I was a bit concerned that the place would have parties all the time, but it's not an everyday thing and the place is actually calm at night (and you can always find a party nearby).

This is not specific from this hotel, but the taxis are too overpriced when you book with a hotel and they are the same taxis anyone can get at the airoport. I understand the safety reasons but they don't have to cost double its normal price.

Great clean pool with comfortable sunbeds. Private appartments/beach house. Housekeeping was doing great work with replacing towels and clean sheets, keeping rooms clean. Whole property was well maintained and clean. Really quite at night and secured with private security 24/7.

Service at the hotel restaurant is a disaster. Takes an eternity to just get the menu, then again waiting 45 minutes to get the food, no matter how busy the restaurant is. Waiters were mixing orders and tables, they were constantly confused. They don't have half of the menu and you get to know that once you try to order it. Electricity in the apartments was pretty unstable so AC couldn't work properly. There is no TV in the apartment. A lot of people from near by hotels were using the pool access and sunbeds so you have to pick your sunbeds early in the morning, otherwise even if you are a hotel guest you will not have your sunbeds available. For such a pricey and fancy hotel, this shouldn't be the case.

I had a fantastic stay at your hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, making me feel right at home. The amenities, the traditional robes for the pool were fantastic, in addition the bag for the beach were perfect and added a special touch. I would like to give special thanks and appreciation for ANNA the hotel manager that was very friendly and made sure that our stay is perfect, dear ANNA, keep smiling you are wonderful, i would like to thank hope from the reception also.. thank you all for perfect holiday

All is perfect

The hotel is amazing, right on the beach with great food available in the restaurant with really friendly and helpful staff. Our flight was delayed getting to Zanzibar and Anna went above and beyond to ensure our stay went as smooth as possible by updating the driver of our arrival time and checking in with us regularly. We felt very looked after :)

The property is beautiful and well worth every dime. The food is great, the ambience and amenities exceeded our expectations. The staff was our favorite part of our stay. They made us feel welcome and took great care of us throughout. We felt like family over the course of our entire trip.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. Both Christina and Anna made sure my stay was 10/10 and I am already looking to come back next year. Breakfast is great, you get to choose from so many options. Not to mention the rest of the staff who are always friendly and smiling.

The compound provides comfort and entertainment. The food was outstanding. Especially the breakfast. The staff is friendly and communication was excellent. The pool area feels like a small piece of heaven. Thick shade, comfy sunbeds, fresh towels provided on site. Nice music and not too loud so you coud snooze away. There was a DJ party on Sunday that really lifted everyone. The rooms are small, but it equipped with huge comfy beds. You wouldn't want to spend any time in when you have the amazing view outside. There's entertainment a few nights a week that includes dancers, live music and an acrobatic show. Would definitely recommend and cannot wait to go back.

Rooms a little small, there were just a couple of shelves in mine and one had the safebox on it. So... not a lot of space to leave stuff around. No biggie for me but it might upset the girls.
