The resort is great for spending a few days relaxing by the pool. Very friendly staff and very caring customer relation manager who make you feel welcome from the first minute. The property is very clean and well maintained. The rooms are large, quiet and beds are comfortable. WIFI connection is good throughout the facility. The large pool and dining areas are nice. The all-inclusive package includes catering a-la-carte (no buffet). The lunch and dinner menus are changed every day. Vegetarian options are available. We were kindly offered a late check-out free of charge (unfortunately we had to leave early).

Beach lovers may be disappointed. The resort is located at a flat beach of mangroves and rocky underground without a sandy beach. The resort owns a private beach which is 5 minutes by free shuttle service. However, the private beach is tiny and gets flooded on high tide. It is probably better to go to Pongwe beach instead. There was a decent amount of litter floating in the sea and being washed ashore on high tide. Litter is visible throughout the entire island of Zanzibar.

This is a quiet, beautiful resort that is perfect for calming down and getting in touch with nature. It is a special place to enjoy the many simple joys of nature and life such as exploring the animal life in the mangrove, searching for shells along the beach, taking evening walks along the shore while interacting with locals, listening to the breeze go through the resort garden, and admiring the star-filled sky at night. The hotel provides transfer to a nearby sandy beach which is beautiful, quiet and undiscovered by mass tourism. Rooms are well-maintained and spotlessly clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. The owners seem to be very hands-on with rinning the resort, and are wonderfully helpful.

All meals are served ala carte. They were beautifully presented and very flavorful. However, portions tend to be small. For people living an active lifestyle, the portions may not be enough, especially in terms of offering proteine. I would recommend for the resort to consider portion sizes (especially considering the price) and/or provide at little more bread or rice with the main dishes.

White Paradise felt like a real paradise. Loved the rooms, big and spacious, I loved that they had a speaker to play music in the rooms. They tried to keep their guest entertained through various activities each day. The pool was great, the food amazing! everything 100!!!

The invoicing at the end, They should try change their system to reflect all the meals a person had throughout their stay to ensure transparency and accurate tracking of cost.

White paradise was amazing! The resort was peaceful and had the most amazing pools.Stepping into my room, I felt so special, the room was adorned with flowers, A beautiful bed with mosquito net. The staff came at night to prepare my bed and spray the room for mosquitoes. The service was amazing One natural pool overlooking the sea and one in the center with a pool bar. They had different things on during my stay. Dinner by the pool, movie night. The food was amazing and well-priced. The staff were so friendly and helpful, including the managers. I felt so taken care of and it was the rest and relaxation that I need. The facilities were spotless. They had a bike you could use to go and visit the surrounding village and had free transportation to a different beach bar during different times of the day. The had a spa and place to do yoga which was the perfect addition to this beautiful resort

There was maintenance going on but it is low season in Zanzibar so expected but it didnt bother me at all.

I would highly recommend this hotel. The bungalows are spacious, very clean, and well-maintained, offering great comfort and privacy. The food was fantastic – every day there was a different menu with many options to choose from, as well as excellent drinks and cocktails. The hotel staff were amazing: always friendly, smiling, and ready to help with anything. Every evening there was some kind of activity – from dancing shows to an outdoor cinema under the stars – which made the stay even more enjoyable. The atmosphere of the whole resort is very relaxing, with a beautiful garden, a lovely pool area, and easy access to the beach. White Paradise truly lives up to its name – it’s a peaceful place where you can fully relax, enjoy great service, and feel at home.

This is a lovely place that is a wonderful place to relax. It is a quiet place. Everything is catered for. Big beautiful pool. Staff are lovely and friendly and try to accommodate everyone's needs. All inclusive option works out well.

Bookers need to note that there is no beach at the hotel and is not within walking distance - there is a shuttle from the hotel 3 times a day. The hotel offers a venue at the beach with access to drinks and sunbeds. The beach itself is also quiet and does not have open restaurants and bars as per some of the other beaches in Zanzibar.

There are so many things about this resort which is far too much to mention, I absolutely LOVED this resort, the staff and Management are a 5* team. Now Vlady, well what an amazing host, she recommended and organised some amazing trips and days out for us. We had a dedicated driver, ERIC who was absolutely on the ball, very honest and LOYAL. So we requested him every-time. Well the house staff are amazing, hardworking team. Customer service is on point. Adele, Vlady & Martin are very professional in their roles. Yassin, what a guy he helped us with our Swahili, perfect staff, Loveliness, Flora, Malachite, Jeremiah, Suleiman, Frank,Jackson, Ali and anyone else I forgot to mention are amazing, Whit Paradise should be proud of the whole team in general. The rooms are awesome and spacious, housekeeping on point. Cocktails on point, ambiance on theme nights ONE POINT! Clean pool, rooms, everywhere and everything about this place is fantastic. The gym was a bit disappointed as it was as makeshift one but had all the relevant workout accessories and I enjoyed working out by the beach. The Eggs Benedict is to die for as is the chicken burgers, and honey & mustard salads the chef whipped up for me were. Out of this world!!! The pool was beautiful and well maintained with a pool bar. Daily Cocktails of the day, (more than one) gained me 7lbs at least. They made a great effort for my partners birthday and presented him with a cake and a song. Theme night dinner by the pool was so romantic and the ambience was amazing! This has got to be one of my favourite destinations. My only disappointment was the room we booked was not available when we arrived, however we were offed a lovely large room with a sun deck area, it was beautiful. Vlady organised an early check in and couples massage. Room service amazing. Every night our rooms were sprayed, this saved me the bother. All I can say is White Paradise is truly what it is.

Fully equipped Gym would be beneficial

Absolutely fantastic! No other words to describe it really... Everyone so friendly, rooms are very spacious and everything was done and served with love Manager was Vlada, I dont think there is a better person to sort everything out, such a delight and always helpfull. from dinners to transfers to reccomendations, we managed to see it all, taste it all and even experience Zanzibar to its full potential. Service was top notch, wide variety of local food also available. High quality amenities available in room as well as clean pools. Free transfers to their public beach at certain times if you want a change of scenery. They made our anniversary absolutely amazing.

Slippers in the room would be nice

The manager Vladi and staff were extremely kind and very helpful. The hotel is located in a quiet, peaceful area, making it a great place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There's a very large pool, clean rooms, delicious food, and a wide variety of dishes with a different menu every day. There were hardly any mosquitoes because the staff sprayed insect repellent daily. There were different attractions every day, including a Maasai show, movie night, and more. Local Maasai guarded the hotel and the surrounding area, making us feel safe. Additionally, they ran a small shop selling handmade souvenirs—I highly recommend checking it out! :)

Private beach is unfortunately not really private :(

I spent 3 nights with my couple and we are very happy for choosing this hotel. The hotel is very beautiful and it has a perfect environment to relax. They have free transportation to Uroa beach and there you could find a bunch of facilities that the hotel offers you so that the time you spend at the beach is perfect. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful at all times and can’t forget to also write about the amazong and delicious food they have to offer. We want to make a special mention in gratitude to thank the entire team but especially Valdi, the manager, for giving us the option to do a late check-out with no charge because we had a delayed flight. Asante Sana❤️
