This place opened 4yrs ago and still looks new. Very clean and well-maintained facilities, quiet and clean beach, lovely staff and amazing seafood dinners. We got upgraded and had a two-room with a huge TV and Netflix. The sunrise views are stunning.

We didn't mind too much, but find it worth mentioning that the location is a bit remote (about 1hr to either airport, Stone Town and Paje), and that the restaurant/bar is strictly non-alcoholic (Mocktails are great, though, and there are bars very close-by)

I love the how accommodating the stuff was. They treated us with respect and checked on us just to me make sure we’re still happy

I know English is probably not their first language but it was a bit hard communicating with the restaurant staff. Breakfast was good but lunch and dinner?? I never enjoyed them at all. I wish you could stick to your traditional food and not try to be more western. Local is always the best.

My wife and I spent 5 days here and we were very satisified with everything. Rented a 110m3 villa that was very spacious. Bed was super large and comfy too. The restaurant was AMAZING! We had Á la carte all week and there are always multiple options. I do recommend the all inclusive package (if you are going to spend your time in the hotel) bc they make nice juices and mocktails (no alcohol) and the food was really good. The pool area has plenty of beds, most are facing the ocean, but you can walk right out to the water to a public area. We werent able to do any snorkeling bc the waves were too strong. Its approx. a 50 min drive from the airport.

All great. If anything the clothes washing service is ridiculously expensive for some reason. We didn't do it in the end.

Staff were really cheerful and friendly, The food quality was fantastic the pool was nice and enjoyable

Location was remote so long drives are needed to get water and access shops bottles of water that are provided are small considering hot weather and that tap water not suitable for drinking, making tea or coffee it would have been helpful if cutleries like plates and forks is provided

- Great swimming pool - Cleanliness - Cleaning staff is doing a great job - Quietness - sometimes we thought we are alone in the whole resort - The place is not crowded, as other places we have seen. - Games room (ping-pong, billiard…) - Fitness room. - The place is super green, with lots of palm trees and plants - The beach is quiet, without beach-boys The place is amazing for everyone that needs to chill.

- The beach in Uroa could be cleaner (full of algae)… this is for the authorities.

very limited F&B options, no infrastructure, so no restaurant options, food takes forever, long waiting times at the only restaurant, no alcoholic beverages served at any time, shop is always closed, pool attendances more on the lazy side, pool towels are not actively offered, "hakuna matata" rules the day, very loud music coming from the resort next door, credit card payment is "punished" with an additional 2.5% fee, many many technical issues and lots of repair jobs due, poor sanitary installations, the tiny bathroom is a joke

Everything. From the location to the apartments. To the views all was Amazing.and out of this world 🌎.Check-in/Check-out was super efficient. I Ashamed I didn't get the name of our check-IN host. (bro if you read this. just know you are the best.) your patience your attention to detail and always reassuring gesture was amaizing) Wi-fi in the middle of nowhere(Paradise) yes please. and we did exactly have this. fast. secure connection all through our say. and of course....... private pool. you guy my guy. We are definitely coming back.

There nothing not to like about the place. It's paradise. And the staff🤗🤗🤗💯💯 words aren't enough. Anybody who will or would find anything to dislike is simply a HATER

It was a perfect location if you want to have some lazy days. Beautiful buildings, a well-maintained green area, and quiet time in the evenings made for a relaxing holiday! Thank you!

We had to wait for a long time for a taxi. It might take 1-1,5 hour before it comes. The mosquito netting had holes, and we got mosquitoes from the bathrooms to our bedroom. When we ordered manicures and pedicures for 20 and 25 US dollars, we had to pay 30 US dollars each, as the guy had to travel a long distance. It is not ok. You need to inform about the price before, not after when you are ready to pay. We waited for the guy for 1,5 hours. We ordered coffee in the morning for breakfast, but after waiting for about 40 min. it never came, as the coffee machine did not have coffee beans. Ordered a burger one evening, but the meat did not taste right, had a deli belly after.

We got a villa with a swimming pool and we were amazed by how clean and well kept it was. The air was so fresh inside. Housekeeping would come daily and make sure the villa was maintained up to standards. The reception team went above and beyond to make sure that all our needs were met and a special and grateful thank you to Mariam and Daisy. The manager Hamdi was also very helpful and kind throughout our stay; we would like to thank him for his hard work. We will definitely be going back to this resort in the future if we visit Zanzibar again. There was always a variety of dishes on the menu and we would like to thank Mary and Elizabeth for their amazing hard work and patience. In general, a special thank you to everyone for making our stay amazing.

The staff were phenomenal. We came end of season, and enjoyed the cool winds and odd rains. My husband unknowingly lost his metal wallet in the pool and one of the staff reached out to drive to the opposite side of Zanzibar to give it back to us. Their taxi service is just as commendable for returning a forgotten item. Their kiddies playsection gets afternoon shade which great while you enjoy their restrurant. Additionally, they had the best extra length beds I think we've ever slept on. After staying at another resort near Zanzibar city, I wished we extended our stay here instead.

The WiFi isn't the best but it's a great reason to unplug from the Internet and enjoy the surroundings.
