The room and facility were beautiful! The pool was so so nice and the beach next door was lovely to watch the sunset. The owner and staff were very friendly. I would reccomend if you want a quiet get away and escape from the hussle in other areas.

The location is pretty isolated. I believe they offer car rentals but we didn't have one. In future I would have got one for sure. However during our stay we were looking to simply relax and enjoy the pool so it wasn't an issue. Everything else was absolutely perfect.

This was the perfect place for me. I stayed here for 7 nights. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and have everything you need. A lovely swimmingpool is a bonus. The food is tasty! The location is peaceful and scenic in nature. I do bird photography and got great pictures in the nearby bush. A short walk away is the Fukuchani ruins and a natural turtle aquarium which is not a paid attraction like the others in the area. One of my favourite locations in Zanzibar. You are away from the bustle of restaurants and beaches, but they are easy to reach in Kendwa and Nungwi by taxi. I had a scooter rental which made it easier. Thank you Vladimir and staff!

Frendly owners, nice and clean room, AC, fan, refrigerator...pool, almost as privat, usually not many people using. Good breakfast and best fresh juice... Vladimir prepared for us delicious fish dinner for Christmas. Thanks again. After Sun burn Vladimir'ѕ wife supported us with fresh Aloe from yard.

There is not much to be complaining if you are aware staying in Africa. Life is diferent. Sometimes electricity goes off, and wi-fi is not the best. But that is out of owners hands. Maybe some improvement with hotel staff, when Vladimir is not around they can't do much.

This place is AMAZING! I have been to Zanzibar the second time now and would stay again in Fukuchani Inn Hotel if coming back. People working there are so sweet and the owner always prepared to help. The breakfast was very tasty and they make great dinners&coctails too. The area is nice, local, there are some small shops around and only 10min walk to the beach, where you can be alone or in a good company of children. Having a pool just next to the big, comfortable room was perfect too. Recommended 100%.

Fukuchani is a great place to stay when you want to stay away from the main overcrowded places on the island. We regretted having only two nights here. The owners are great cooks and prepare for us also special local dishes. Curry was also amazing. A great plus is their neighbor Hussein. Who can give you a nice tour around the village and provide reliable tours? Great and educated guy.

One of the most pleasant and comfortable stays of my life. This recently opened family hotel has everything you need to wind off and relax without being disturbed. Everything is brand new and prices more than affordable. A delicious breakfast was like two meals together and kitchen was always ready to serve us anything we wished.

The only thing missing to the perfection, especially when was needed, was a decent internet connection. But this should be fixed in the future.

Like a resort in the middle of the forest, the owner and the rest of the girls are really attentive. They offer lunches inside their facilitacijski; not to metion swimming pool and privacy at the beach!

The property has nothing to do with it, but swimming in the sea is more accesible during high tide.

Everything is just outstanding. From the cleanliness of the rooms, to the welcoming sense of the staff. It was such a pleasure to stay in this hotel I would choose it again everybtime I visit Zanzibar. I like also to specially mention Hassan from the reception. He was so helpful and kind.

Small, quiet and relaxing with helpful owners and staff.

The very rough access road which is not uncommon in Tanzania. The nearby beach was not good for swimming but the pool at the hotel was very good.

Great value for money, a little Oasis in Fukuchami. The host was excellent, always willing, and available to help. The hotel was clean and everything was new and in excellent condition. The food was always very tasty and fresh.

Fukuchami was a bit isolated, and taxil is required to go anywhere.
