The villa was beautiful and very nice to stay in. It was clean and the location was great. Loved the amount of sunbeds around the pool as well. To access the beach you go through the gate of Kendwa Rocks and from there it’s just a short walk to the beach. Because it’s only for guests it felt very safe walking there at night. Also shoutout to Queen who gave me a very good and relaxing massage (full body scrub & massage). My body never felt so soft and it was a great way to completely relax.

The breakfast is only from 8-10am, so that’s not the biggest time frame. Also, i wanted to do laundry but it was very expensive (24$ for like some pieces of underwear/socks/tshirt/shorts

10 points fully represent our staying at natural Kendwa Villa! The food was delicious, The cleaning team was amazing and left lovely messages and decorations with flowers, spaces very well cleaned and free from mosquitos. Cool terrace with a view on the swimming pool. The Wi-Fi was good and all the staff very friendly. Very appreciated the collaboration with the Kendwa rocks hotel: access to the beach in 2 min walking, free Wi-Fi, sunbed and swimming pool. At the same time we enjoyed the relax and the peace of Natural Kendwa!

The only thing that could be improved is the bed.. a bit hard in one of the two rooms we booked, but the overall experience was excellent!

Very pleasant and serene hotel, an excellent option for Kendwa Beach, as access to Lendwa Rocks facilities is given - excellent move. The staff were friendly and attentive and the rooms were very interesting and comfortable. Nice bed and nice pool. Reliable aircon and very few mosquitos.

The hotel itself is a little old and starting to show its age, but it is not a huge deal and you will be spending most of your time at the beach.

Anna was really helpful at reception and the staff at Natural Kendwa Villa were amazing, organising taxis to Stone Town, giving restaurant/food recommendations, giving directions and facilitating requests. They really made me feel comfortable and I cannot thank them enough as I was initially nervous as a solo female traveller first holiday experience. Kendwa is a truly magical place that will forever have a place in my heart. Hot water for showering, good space, clean, good AC and provide a beach towel free of charge with good breakfast variety options and in such close proximity to the beach - 5 mins walk with sun loungers and umbrellas. I will definitely book again when I visit Kendwa in Zanzibar again

Unfortunately if you would like to bring any friends/family into the hotel room despite booking an extra bed room (Double if you're a single person or family room if you're a single person), you must pay a $25 additional charge which was not explained until later. The electricity did cut out once for approx 20-30 mins, but this was only once.

We stayed here for 10 days and it was extraordinary. If you are looking for a quiet romantic place with a great garden this is the location for you. The rooms have authentic furniture and with a great comfortable queen size bed. AC in the room as well. The bathroom is basic but very clean. The personnel is very friendly and welcoming ... Amina from the reception is an angel. We fully recommend the African massage with Queen .. she will wake up all your muscles in your body 🥰. Special thanks to Ali from the restaurant very friendly and funny guy ... the food is amazing so "chapeau to the chef" . As a guest of Natural Villa you make use of all facilities from Kendwa Rocks Hotel (only 3 to 5 min walk) with the best beach in Zanzibar ... you can swim all day long, plenty of sun beds, soft sand and tuquoise water of course. Natural Villa alos offers beach towels everyday so no need to carry those with you. The parties at Kendwa Rocks are also a must. For the divers we fully recommend Zanzibar Watersports. All in all Natural Villa Kendwa is the best location for couples who want to enjoy romantic and quiet evenings with great food and surrounded by amazing people. 👏 you made our vacation unforgatable.

receptionist is very helpful and friendly. helped us book airport pick up, and helped us book activities - sun set dowl. it was very nice. and the security helped us to sorve AC issue at the midnight. we booked this hotel because wanna do the skydive. and this is the only room can accommodate 3 adults. the bathroom and mirror is so big. 3 girls can make up together at same time. also very near to other nice hotels. we went to next door hotel for dinner, and very nice!

hope the breakfast can be more choices. the pool looks a little bit old.

The place is beautiful with lovely plants and flowers all around you. Quiet and pristine. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We were not told how to communicate with the reception desk from the room. Since there is no phone in the room , I had to come out and talk to someone. We were later given a business card with the info. Please give this to the clients as you welcome them to the facility. Thank you

A Wonderful Stay at Natural Kendwa We recently had the pleasure of staying at Natural Kendwa Villas during our visit to Zanzibar. I must say, our experience was nothing short of exceptional, and I cannot recommend this hotel enough! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and memorable. They were incredibly helpful, providing valuable insights about the area and suggesting fantastic local activities to partake in. The rooms at Natural Kendwa were spacious, elegantly designed, and clean. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the dining experience. The hotel's on-site restaurant boasted a diverse menu featuring a fusion of local and international cuisine. We indulged in a wide array of mouth-watering dishes that were expertly prepared using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.They also served us with a delicious local dinner, cooked by the chef. The hotel's swimming pool was also a pleasant surprise. It porvides a relaxing and home like feeling. The location of Natural Kendwa was another major advantage. Situated a couple of meters from the beach and some local shops around the area. Finally, I must commend the hotel's commitment to cleanliness and safety. A very well organized hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, cozy decorated and wonderful facilities. Definitely worth it and recommended for everyone visiting Kendwa, and Zanzibar overall, aiming for a peaceful and chilled vacations!

As my room was at the last block of apartments, there was always an issue with the WIFI connection. Signal was very bad and internet connection had ups and downs all the time. However, this is an issue that can be solved easily and I am pretty sure that the hotel's management will take care of that the sooonest.

Little oasis just up from the beach.

No fault. The restaurant is unfortunately across the road from the generator of a big resort. So when the power goes out, which is regularly, the generator is loud. But no fault of hotel and no impact on rooms or pool area.
