Beautiful place great location safe and oneof the restaurants was good but not the buffet great service, great rooms, nice people great staff Food needs to be improvedd other than the one restaurant called Cliff

Well kept gardens. Great food. Wonderful Bar and Restaurant Staff.

Many mosquitoes. No AC in any of the dining area and bars. Gym totally unusable due to high ambient temperature and humidity with no AC. Poor internet everywhere. Low speed. Poor seawater clarity.

The location is excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good - the entire experience was relaxing , welcoming and comfortable

A few minor glitches which were responded to only after I had to make a fuss about it

The environment, the food, the attention to detail of all the staff to ensure all was going well. Totally pleased with the surprising dinner set up on our last day as they were completely booked for a party during our 4 day stay.

Curtain in the bedroom were off the hooks so not able to close it completely. Front desk staff on the day of arrival insisting on upgrading is and wanted us to see the upgraded room. Guests are too tired to deal with this on their day of arrival. Suggest show pictures if you want but no haggling us in the first day.

The best part of this resort is the scenery, it is amazing and our ocean suite was really amazing. The staff were so friendly and really tried to make you feel special I cannot speak highly enough of the staff.

The food in all the restaurants on the hotel grounds is very below average. Not terrible just very below average and for the price you're paying you expect more. Lots of birds pooping in the pools, sometimes you'll have to swim past it. Also totally out of the control of the hotel but you should know you'll be hassled constantly on the public beach.

The room was clean, exquisitely decorated, the view of tourqoise ocean from the balcony simply breath taking. The activities especially aqua gym excellent.. The pools & pool bar awesome. Great food, very friendly polite staff. Felt like paradise. The spa experience heavenly. I would visit again

Loved everything

The beach is amazing, and the location of the resort is right next to the Nungwi beach. In low tide times one could walk to the Kendwa beach as well. The facilities were great, spacious, and nothing was missing. Several outdoor pools, with a great sea view at any time of the day. Amazing sunsets. Several outdoor environments where one could have privacy as well. Beach towels were offered daily, and numerous beach beds were available all around the resort. The room was spacious, comfortable and was cleaned twice every day. Wifi was covering the whole resort, and the signal was relatively good. Food in the buffet had quite a wide selection (indian, sea food, Italian, mediterranean, local, fruits, desserts) changing daily. Evening activities were really nice. Staff was very friendly and continuously smiling and helping, vibing positively with everyone. Beach boys offering souvenirs and tours, will be your friends just after a couple of days when you support them, and they get to know you.

For a 5 star hotel the facilities are great, however the cleanliness is not always as desired. The staff is very kind and polite, however not at a standard of a 5 star hotel. However a beach and local atmosphere is always transmitted. All inclusive packet, was excluding some drinks such as fresh fruit juices, and some cocktails.After all the juices had a symbolic cost and definitely worth it. A la carte restaurant had a very limited menu and quality was mediocre.

it has multiple pools so one never feels crowded, it’s right on the beach, all inclusive so you never need to carry much on you

the beach itself is not private to the hotel so there are many sellers and they are very pushy. another is that my husband got a stomach bug on the last day, not sure from what, but I asked the hotel if they had any basic medicine on hand and they did not. I was just surprised, with a 5 star hotel I would think they usually have a few things on site to get you through until you can get medical help

Perfect location, comfortable and clean rooms. Foods are okay, exceptional.

4th floor without elevators? and when its so hot… fitness center is dissapointing, there is fitness but like no center. its an open area and working is too hard when its hot. all tools are outdated and must be cared, renewed.

Great breakfast selection and the location of the property was perfect.

I know it's difficult to control, however the Vendors on the beach were sometimes worrisome, just standing in one place the entire day. Some properties do have their security move them along from time to time.
