Beachline was great and kids enjoyed the swimming and good location

The staff was a little unfriendly during checkout. We thought a little politeness could have been better though we exceeded the 11am checkout time. We thought we could checkout at 2pm.

The staff were excellent. They were friendly, helpful, and professional.

It was hard to access other locations from this hotel because the walkway was closed off. Other hotels have open gates, making it possible to walk through to other locations without walking along the beach (which was often not accessible because of high tide. It's really inconvenient. Also, for a location with no pool and basic amenities, the price was too high. As well, one of our rooms had a broken air conditioner.

Rooms are really nice and perfectly air conditioned, you literally walk right down to the ocean, and the staff is super nice. You just have to go elsewhere because the restaurant food isn't all that good. But the hotel is right next to this restaurant Mama Mia which is solid, and there is another restaurant right next to that which is also great.

Restaurant is really not great, and the bathrooms in the rooms are the only real issue. The water pressure and temperature is kind of all over the place, and my friends bathroom flooded at one point and had bugs in it.

A special place for taking care of guests. Location right on the beach in a lively part of Nungwi. Compact intimate space with onsite restaurant and bar. Food for breakfast buffet was standard. Rooms a little dated and can use an upgrade. The best was the service provided by the manager Winnie and the reception staff Tukiko, Larry and Richard. They were always responsive to our requests as a family of 5 and accomdated everything within their power and resources at their disposal. We were all on a first name basis by the time we left. Really felt like family the way they treated us. They should be commended.

Rooms a little dated but kept very clean. WiFi slow, but that is common in Zanzibar

Location was great, if you look for a small authentic place to feel real charm of the tropical paradise. The view from the Ocean view Suite was amazing. White-sand beach with the ocean entrance was just in some steps down. Tides were calm enough and didn't make serious problems - you can swim smoothly most of the time. The room was clean. The hotel's restaurant was good and there were some ones around. The hotel's staff was extremley friendly and did their best. It was a real pleasure. Special thanks to Noela from the restaurant team - she is a stunning girl who does a great job.

Despite the room we had (Ocean view Suite) was clean and was being well cleaned every day, it extremly requires rennovation. The most of furniture and room/bathroom equipment was very old, not properly working and must be changed. The beach life near the hotel was quite active and noisy with a "fish market" at about 6am every morning where locals bought fish (in fact, it can be even interesting if you don't sleep) and with a DJ who worked at the restaurant next door. It was not an issue for us but can be a problem if you need silence.

Lovely simple hotel at the amazing location. Right on the lovely Nungwi beach. Everyday you can watch the beautiful sunset and take long walks along the beach. A lots of restaurants and shops at walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Every morning different fruits. The avocado salad, which was delicious. Also the food you can choose from the sit menu is tasty. During dinner they have tables right on the beach, which is lovely.

The wifi was not working in our room, to be fare also the internet with local sim didn't work in the room. Our room had lovely view to the beach, but it was also overlooking the Baraka beach restaurant. At the balcony the smell from the restaurant grill was our constant companion in the evenings. Still it is not the hotel fault, but I think its good to know.

We had an absolutely amazing week at Zenobia Beach Resort! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and outstanding hospitality. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist, making us feel truly at home. The food was delicious, with a great variety of fresh and flavorful dishes every day. Our room was cleaned daily, and we appreciated the complimentary bottles of water provided each day. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view - waking up to the beachfront scenery was just magical!

The staff was very very good, everyone is helpful, kind and they give their best to put a smile on your face. Never seen such staff like that. The last day, one Waitress gave us gifts, i dont remember her Name but she has the biggest smile of them all. Also the location is great, i think the best location in Nungwi. The sunset view was perfect, the sunbeds are great and the idea(the decoration) is also nice.

The Wifi was awful, the breakfast was great for me because i like all kinds of food, but for my wife(or someone who is picky), it was not so good. Also the Bed was not so good, it was very loud when you move on it. The fridge was old and was leaking the whole time.

the structure was really welcoming, the location is really excellent, there are stairs that have direct access to the beach. The room cleaning is carried out carefully every day, the breakfast is good but being Italian we are not used to the specialties that are offered. Staff always available and smiling, especially Veronica who works very hard to ensure that your stay is one of the best. Transport to and from airports organized by them without any problem even late at night. the resort's restaurant offers good food for lunch and dinner.

wifi connection a little slow but it's a general problem in Zanzibar

Great location… the hotels south of this are all connected by a route through all the hotels with Zenobia at one end and the Z hotel at the other end. There is a quiet patch of beach right by the hotel and the sun loungers mean you can keep away from any hassle on the beach. That said I thought there was very little hassle on the beach anyway. The Hotel is right by the Mama Mia restaurant which is excellent. Despite this we never had any issue with noise. The staff were lovely. Beds were comfy and the showers were hot and good.

Breakfast was terrible Mostly seemed to be leftovers from the meals the night before … Eg cold pizza The rooms are old and worn but perfectly fine for what you are paying.
