Location right on beach. Inviting reception area. We stayed in one of the bungalows and rom was well-sized and clean. Enough sunbeds and beach/pool towels included. Pool bar, beach bar, coffee shop, gym and onsite spa available. Good and healthy breakfast options. Buffet dinner with new selections every day on a 7-day rotation. Quality and selection was good. Biggest plus is smiling and friendly staff throughout the resort.

The area surrounding the hotel is not inviting you to a walk.

Nothing much that could be better. If there is small thing that you should know, is the fact that the Hotel is at the beach but the beach is not realy usable. In high tide it is flooded in low time it is covered by calp.

Staff were extremely friendly. The resort is stunning with exceptional views. The bars and restaurants are clean.

The resort didn’t have many activities (or they weren’t communicated) and some you have to pay for, such as the sip and paint. The toilets at the pool area needed to be cleaned more often. It was disappointing to know that the resort doesn’t serve lamb or pork which limits the options for those who don’t eat beef.

The hotel was immaculate. Room was lovely and clean. Staff were super friendly. The gardens were beautiful. Pool/bar were very good. Enough sun beds by pool and beach area. The sunset is incredible if your sat on the beach front. Bathrooms clean. But water wasn’t hot enough. The cocktails/drinks were amazing

Could have done with more snacks during the day. They had pizza and burgers started at 2pm they were very tasty. If you had children and they like grazing this would be a problem.there is one place to eat. Was ok .the food was well cooked and hot could have been to a higher standard. The pasta stand was really nice. It wasn’t repetitive. Could do with more entertainment in the evening.wish they had Prosecco on the all inclusive. But the wine is lovely

The location is very good, the beach with sunset was amazing. Environment and staff was lovely. Rooms are big and clean enought. Dispite frequent electricity cut off (at least once a few days), loud generators ensured power supply.

The food was good enought, but not very the best, fresh seafood variety was small. HB doesn't meet our expectations, during dinner event coke was paid, exeptions to the water. In the hotel teritory there is another restaurant "Fisher man's grill" they serve good quality fresh seafood, but it is paid and expensive. The only pool wans't clean, on the edge of the pool green dirt can be found.

The staff at this hotel are amazing. So friendly and they cant do enough for you. The pool, surroundings and sun bed availability are great. Food was excellent. If you want chips and English options this is not the place for you. However we were All inclusive and there was very little repetition on the buffet which was excellent across a 2 week period. We are a family with non fussy eaters and we loved all the fish and seafood options because we came to Africa for their cuisine.

Sadly, there were days when the seaweed in the sea and on the beach were off putting. Some days ok others not - depending on the tides. Its not something the hotel and resort could do much about as large parts of the world are now suffering issues with seaweed but on days when there was a lot it could be smelly and we didn't swim in the sea.

The beautiful view of the ocean, clean facilities, the food was excellent. We paid for all inclusive and it definitely worked out well for us and we had access to a selection of drinks as well. The members of staff were friendly and made us feel at home.

The service for the beach area has room for improvement. The lady who was assignedto serve us only bothered to get an order when we arrived there and she introduced herself, thereafter she didnt bother to come and get orders despite reminding her to do so.

Fantastic beach right outside of property. Great pool area with swim up bar. The gardens are lush and well taken care of. Good selection of drinks and food at restaurant. Staff were incredibly friendly and felt very secure with on site 24/7 security. Not that you need this but it felt very secure, that you could leave your belongings to go swim in the sea for example. Definitely recommend eating at the seafood restaurant - one of the best food experiences during our time in Zanzibar.

Could be more bar snacks available throughout the day. The pizza and burgers were a little heavy every day. It would’ve been nice to have had a wider selection, especially if you are doing all inclusive for a longer stay.

It is at the northernmost point of the island we have chose this hotel mainly from this point as we had been advised best beach are at the north due to smaller waves. Beach was good during rising tide periods and was fun. Hotel staff are extremely friendly and good. They are the main reason if we would come back

We had found food selection was lacking however when we had left such feed back on the questionnaire coming with the check, they found us brought the chef for talking and he even made a special dish for us.

It is a beautiful resort, ideally located on Nugwi Beach, where the waters are clean and turquoise. The buffet also offered a reasonably good variety. The option to go to Fisherman restaurant was also a nice touch. It is a few minutes' ride to the place where one can swim with Turtles.

Finding our room clean after breakfast was great, but we had to wait for some time for fresh towels. Outside excursions are a bit pricy if you, like us, visiting from African countries because most of the target market is the Western world, and they are priced highly in USD.
