New and well facilities hotel, great breakfast

Far from everything Not enough seats around the pools and at the sea

In all my years in Thailand this is the absolute best hotel I can recommend. This is a true 5 star hotel. The staff is outstanding and the service is exceptional. The breakfast is perfect with everything you could need, and so is the service. Unfortunately only stayed one night this time but will be back soon.

I thought the interior design was superb and the staff were very friendly. We only stayed one night so didn't get to experience all of the facilities however they looked superb and our friends that are staying longer are looking forward to enjoying them all.

Our room wasn't ready for several hours and we had travelled a long way. We were offered 2 complimentary drinks but that wasn't really acceptable as we waited over 2 hours. I think after the first hour we should have been offered an upgraded room that was already prepared.

Loved the hotel, excellent standard, lovely welcome and super friendly staff. Perfect for a young family but feels like a really well thought out set up for people with and without children. Food was excellent throughout, all 3 pools were amazing, great breakfast and kids club was great for our little ones.

Everything was great from the staff to the breakfast. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and everyone at the hotel was super friendly

The location wasn't the greatest, but there was a bike rental place 2 minutes down the road where you could hire a bike

Super new, modern and stylish. All staff were very kind and helpful. Special shout out to reception and SPA (which was top notch btw). The room was very nice, quiet and spacious (comfy beds). Breakfast excellent - with so much choice! We loved that it’s new and not too many people have discovered this place yet! We have extended our stay in this resort :-)

Nice new facility, very stylish and spacious. A lot of activities like yoga, fitness, night movies, etc. Big and very well-made rooms with a nice balcony. As usual, the best breakfast offered for all possible preferences. Very quiet and clean beach to enjoy.

Since the hotel is new, something isn’t still working. I had issued with money exchange for example

Not really located in khao lak

We stayed at the Khao Lak Marriot on an opening deal and were incredible impressed to say the hotel hadn't even been open for a month. The staff were all superb and each restaurant offers something different. We loved the vast beach at the property and the adult only pool was a very welcomed amenity.

The staff were wonderful, especially the man who checked me in—he provided excellent service. The price was very reasonable. The room was brand new, and the breakfast was amazing with a great variety of food. I especially enjoyed the wok-fried noodles and the local desserts.
