-location was great close to MRT Wat Mangkorn just few mins away -street foods /local Chinese market /7-11 around hotel -value for money to stay -staffs were friendly and service minded. Willing to help immediately. -bed were comfy and AC was great. -have small pantry and kitchen ware/ microwave/hairdryer provided.

-room and facilities in the room quite old. -TV channel not good. The signal was terrible but the staffs help to replaced and fixed the problem. -fridge not working and also staffs fixed and replaced it. - Wifi terrible. Poor signal i cant work. Need to connect hotspot from my phone. This needs to fix the most.

The room was old but it was very cozy. It even had a little kitchenette and cutlery which we used as we bought takeouts to eat. The location is great. It was walking distance to some of the places we wanted to go to and close to the subway as well. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I nearly didn't stay here because some of the reviews were negative, but everything was fine, I can't understand what people complain about. The location is perfect if you want to be in Chinatown, the staff were pleasant and helpful although not all spoke English. Despite what others have said, I had no problem with taxis finding the hotel, my partner requested a hairdryer and was immediately handed one. No complaints at all, I would stay here again.

The rooms are smaller than they appear in the pictures, but it's a very minor problem.

Great little hotel. Loved my room with balcony and little kitchen area. friendly and helpful staff, great location. Has a elevator so you don't have to walk up any steps. A walk down.the alley and you are on the main road in Chinatown. Also close to 7/11 and lotus grocery store. Walk around the side streets, you'll find cheaper and better food than the main road in China town. I would stay here again

The pillows could be softer. Only has Parking for scooters not cars.

Location & with balcony! Just a stone throw away fr Wat Mangkon MRT. Exit 3 once out turn right. 2nd traffic which is 7-11. Just cross over to opposite on main rd & turn right within 10m look ( look up d signage )into d left alley(Soi 14) u will see a quite famous Chinese restaurant, walk in till u see d hotel on d right. Rather ez to find!! Not as someone stated dark alley!! Very near to Chinatown also. Once out hotel flank left then either turn left ( back to where u came fr) or right u turn right walk out & u hit main rd of Chinatown!!Easily accessible!! I usually took d back gate wooden door of d temple to walk out into Chinatown.

Just d shower hot & cold water. Rather difficult to control d temperature but in Thailand weather is hot so no much of issue!!

I enjoyed my stay , the staff were exceptional and went out of their way to help. Kob and Pueng gave advice where to go and eat in Chinatown and organise a taxi if needed. The cleaning ladies Noy, Jimmy and Pu always made up my room leaving it spotless clean. Always a smile and welcome on my arrival,

Location was very near to China town night market however it’s inside a small alley. Easy accessible to restaurants and 7/11. Room was spacious. I personally liked the small kitchen nook with everything available.

The space was a little congested but thats fine considering the amount we paid.

The location was great (close to MRT, in the heart of China Town) and safe. Staff were super friendly and always ready to help — they were truly amazing. For this price especially, it was more than I hoped for!

The hotel room I stayed in was more like a studio. It had a kitchen, bathroom, bed, and area to eat/work. This was great for the cost, as anything in Bangkok with a kitchen was much more expensive. Having a washing machine and dryer for use was very handy for anyone travelling long term. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

Unless you are particularly interested in China Town, it is a little far from the city centre - about a 10/15min bike ride. The place is tired/old and could do with a decent paint job, and a general update - the TV was one of those old ones with the giant back part! The bed sheets/towels were often ripped, and some had old stains on them (they were always clean, just stained). The washing machine and dryer operate on 10baht coins - but there was no coin machine, so I had to go to the 7-eleven and try to get change every time. Installing a coin machine would make life a lot easier.
