I recently stayed at Bangkok City Suite Hotel for 5 nights and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel itself is nice and well-maintained. My room was comfortable and well-equipped, and the room service was consistently good. The staff members were respectful and provided excellent service throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the morning buffet, which was both delicious and varied. The buffet included halal options and featured an international selection of dishes, catering to diverse tastes. Additionally, the availability of a coffee machine was a great touch, allowing me to enjoy coffee, espresso, or latte anytime I wanted. Overall, my stay at Bangkok City Suite Hotel was enjoyable and represented good value for money. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others looking for a comfortable and service-oriented stay in Bangkok.

Breakfast and location.location not far not close .value for money

High cost-performance, breakfast is well.

The water pressure in the shower is weak, and it's not hot enough. Location is far away from BTS,but you can take motor taxi.

The room is big enough for 3 of us. Nice and comfy. Breakfast was good even I didn't had it but my parents enjoyed them. I wish I could eat some but because I got to see the doctor so I could not. The location is close to the place I need to go the next day. The hotel also got underground parkings so it's good for those who bring cars. Plus points for in-room capsule coffee machine. It was amazing for the hotel with this price offering this much. And the lobby also got coffee and water complimentary. This is amazing.

Unfortunately, 7-Eleven was a distance walk, a bit far if walking during the day time.

Room has spacious space. Staff really helpful and good. I have issue with booking which makes me need to contact the property however calling from international number can be really expensive, If you want to contact them, you can contact trough their LINE.

My room has connection door to the room next door unfortunately the key is broken so, the door cannot be open.

Bangkok City Suite is a very nice hotel. It’s in a nondescript midtown area, but it is well located to the metro and busy roads. There’s a really nice night market about 15 minutes away at Petchiburi 5. The breakfast is amazing and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The property is fine.

For a budget hotel, the facilities are great. The breakfast buffet was okay, the bathub was nice

The mattress was hard so it was not really comfortable to sleep. The location was close to the toll road and can be quite traffic so better make a spare time for transport.

It was a nice place, nothing extra. We got everything we needed. Easy check-in and we could also leave our stuff at the reception, which was a great help.

We found a little cockroach. It’s quite normal in cities like Bangkok, still I hate them.

The Hotel can be misleading as the taxi driver took us to Bangkok City Hotel even with the full address was given to the driver . We had to take a tuk-tuk to get to Bangkok City Suite. Luckily it was not too far.

Easy access, near shopping center.

It’s not rhetorical property. It’s the traffic. Oh i would suggest they should have coin operated laundry. They have but only 1 washing 1 dryer. There’s a lot of travellers, i for one travel just to have our clothes washed.
