Everything was good, location was perfect for me and also the price was reasonable.

Although I didn't need free internet it seems there may not be free internet available although I didn't ask the owner, there was no password provided and when I clicked on the wifi it came up with prices. However it might be available I just didn't bother looking into it further because I didn't need it.

The room was fantastic – spacious, with a large, comfortable bed, fridge, smart TV, and microwave. I really enjoyed the little balcony, the decent shower, and the convenience of having washing and drying machines right there. Huge bonus points for that – A*! One small touch I loved was the iced tea machine by the front door, with teas ranging from 35 to 55 baht. Great idea, and it felt very thoughtful. But what really makes this place shine is the staff. They are genuinely kind, courteous, and always willing to help. I’ll never forget the day I needed change for the machines – not just one, but all three reception staff immediately started searching their cars and the office for spare coins. That kind of care and effort is rare, and honestly, you’d never get that in the UK. I was blown away. The night security guard deserves a special mention, too – such a friendly, welcoming guy. By the end of my stay, I felt like I’d made a friend. If you’re reading this, thank you again for your hospitality! All in all, I absolutely loved my stay here. If I’m ever back in Bangkok, I won’t hesitate to return.

Loved this apartment. Great location, National stadium BTS is less than ten minutes walk... There are a lot of local tourist sites within walking distance and a 7 eleven couple minutes walk. Also MBK centre is 10 mins walk away. The staff are amazing. Reply to messages very quickly. The night security guy is the nicest guy in the world with the best smile ever.. The cleaners and rest of staff keep the place immaculately clean. Highly recommended for a stay in Bangkok. I was there for a month and loved it. Thanks to all staff. Cheers!

The room was quiet and clean. One of the property managers went out of their way to help us with some issues. The night guard was also very pleasant and nice. The location was really interesting as it was close to several exceptional food markets, and it was easy to get pretty much anywhere in Bangkok. Truly recommend!

Overall it was a very good stay (though the initial receptionist who handed us the keys was a bit standoffish and rude, but she could've had a bad day!)

The property was really good, nice room and bathroom, had everything we needed. The check in process was really easy and they let us check in earlier than the check in time (as we arrived quite early). There was a washer and dryer available to use for clothes in the lobby for a small fee.

The only downfall was that it was a long walk to most things like restaurants etc. there was a 7/11 up the road but apart from that we had to walk quite far to find things. This didn’t bother us too much as we walk a lot anyway but I wouldn’t recommend to anyone who can’t walk for long.

Super modern & clean, the building felt safe & the staff especially the night guard was extremely friendly.

The air conditioning units are unfortunately mounted directly onto the wall of the balcony and your neighbour’s unit will vibrate your bed. It was very loud & annoying in our unit, don’t know if they are all equally loud, we were in unit 202 and it was intense.

The staff is very kind, smiley and promplty replied to our questions and requests. The room was very clean and is provided with a wardrobe. It is possible to do your laudry using a washing machine and drying machine.

The mattress was hard and not very comfortable. Sometimes there was a bad smell coming from the shower drain. The ventilation fan was not worling properly.

The rooms are really nice and comfy. I saw many comments that complained about the streets around but for us it was pretty normal little neighborhood. I didn’t understand why people felt uncomfortable. There is even a night guard for the hostel. Transportation is easy you can easily have the access to BTS and to Khaosan (bus 15-47). You are very close to the mall area so there are plenty of stuff around. We really enjoyed our 1 week stay here :) and you can refill your water for 1baht!!

The room was quite new and clean, the services worked well and the availability of water, towels, paper etc. in the lobby is also a plus.

The position is not the best. My shower stand was broken, so I had to shower myself by holding the shower head. The receptionists don’t speak English, but you can easily use google translate.
