Overall we had a comfortable stay! The room was clean. The toilet was clean the Wi-Fi speed very good. Staff, very friendly! Cleaning and tidying up the room every day
Location Very inconvenient! It takes at least 30 -45minutes to walk to nearby train station or markets, so we always call grabs or bolt.

Room was big , clean , there is a desk for work with good wifi . I appreciate this week in the hotel Clean staff was super efficient . 3 ladies clean your room very quickly , well organize. I never saw that and with the smile
There is no restaurant around. You have a 7 eleven at the end of the street but restaurant around. It's too bad . The balcony railing is too low , it can be dangerous if you have children

We booked last minute a room at 'The Fifth Residence' and we had a very enjoyable stay. The room was clean and the bathroom seemed newly decorated. The staff is very friendly and they made no fuss regarding our request to do a very early check out in order to catch our flight. The location is excellent walking distance to the city center. There is a kettle and a microwave in the reception aerea. You can also do the laundry.

checked in very early. they had a washing machine (30baht); tumble dryer (1baht/min); and washing powder (30baht/wash). Clothes drying rack. room serviced everyday. big room. quiet street.
good location but bear in mind that is is a 30min walk to the metro (blue or green lines).
