Great pool area location above food court and subway

Nice stay. The room was nice and the staff were friendly. Good place for the price.

Please be aware that there will be a THB 1,000 deposit and will be return on your last day when you check out of the hotel. We were not aware of this so we were short on cash.

It is a beautiful property. Before I came from my reservation I mentioned to the staff that it was our honeymoon and her birthday was two days later. When we arrived and came into the room, there were flowers and petals on the bed, which was very nice and then on Friday it was her birthday and we came back to the hotel and they did the same thing and also with the dessert, it was really nice. The gym and the pool were also exceptional. 

The breakfast was ok but not hot. I thought the prices were a little high. There were some good places to eat in walking distance.

It was cleaned well, the price was great, the beds were comfortable (if your a person who likes firm beds, most beds in Thailand are fairly firm. The staff seemed nice. We only stayed for 1 day as a layover which makes it hard to give a full and true statement about the entire hotel as a whole (spa area, restaurants, pools, trip organisation etc)

The bathrooms were in need of some investment, the whole set-up looks like it has been the same since the 80s or 90s (whenever the building was built) even just new grout round the tiles would make it seem less old and for lack of a better word run down. The location is ok, but if you don’t enjoy walking and dealing with crazy traffic then you’re gonna be forking out more on Taxis etc. But if you use Grab app in Bangkok then Taxi travel is not to expensive anyway.

Pool and gym were very nice and the hotel entry.rooms very large.

Rooms are in need of an update

The location was perfect, there’s a 7 Eleven right outside which stays open 24/7 which is great.

There could have been more entertainment. The TV channels were boring. The buffet was not good at all, especially for the price there could have been more selection and more options considering it was a buffet. That was disappointing.

Beautiful Lobby Area. Great Location, close to MBK Shopping Mall and Siam Area.

Staffs behavior was bit cold and not very welcoming. I requested for a room with one large bed on the website but they provided me with room with twin beds. Furthermore i had requested for a change in room and they told me to knock next day and was bit cold on my request. Also, their room corridor has a very discomforting damp smell due to lack of proper air vents and lights which they shall take care of.

Good Rooms need a little renovations in the WC location its ok u can get a bolt all over

Last day when chekout they came acussing we smoked while we didn't that was uncomfortable

I really love the room! Very spacious and very comfy. The staff is amazing, they cater to my needs even though I arrived later than scheduled due to my delayed flight. The atmosphere is very welcoming and I LOVEEEE the scent of the lobby every time I stepped inside it.

Nice big hotel had everything from moment walked into the lobby. Bar, restaurants, bakery and even robot cleaner. Room was pukka nice and spacious just as described.

Would it hurt to put a smart tv in the room though? TV was just boring free Thai channels. I'm not asking for all the sports and drama channels just YouTube app would have suffice. Budget must have been spent on the big chandeliers in the lobby😂
