At first glance, it looked pretty normal to me from the outside. However when we entered the lobby, the perception changed almost immediately. It was such a well-designed hotel with super-clean and fragrant space that fit the price we paid. I am really recommend to book this hotel.Room is very clean spacious and comfortable.Front Desk sister really helpful and very professional.Assistance through WhatsApp also very fast.I really recommend to book this hotel.

Zero complaint. Only perhaps the free fries upon reviews could be oil-fried rather than air fried 😚😚

It was honestly fantastic. Exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, a short drive to everything or alternatively a 30/40 min walk to most places. The lady that took care of us was so nice we ended up extending our stay and we got a free room upgrade. Both rooms were very spacious, comfortable, extremely clean and very nicely decorated. The bed so comfortable I slept like a rock. Made us feel at home whilst we were in Bangkok. All of this for a very reasonable price!! Amazing!! If we ever come back to Bangkok, we will come again. Thank you so much!!

Nothing, everything was lovely. Worth mentioning that as it is the case in many hotels in Thailand there is no lift but it wasn’t a huge problem.

Our stay was good, the receptionist very friendly and kind. The whole facility was very clean. Though the location is a bit far away from the center, and you have to rent a taxi or tuk tuk to get around. The only thing that bothered us was that the ac was directly above the bed and couldn't sleep with it turned on. But I suppose a lot of hotels have the same arrangement.

The highlight had got to be the roof terrace. The staff was extremely nice, the rooms and hallways always smelled amazing and the rooms were clean and better than on the picture.

Sometimes there would be a small issue with opening the front door with the key card, nothing that wouldn't be resolved in a minute tho.

It is really a good value for the money. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, there is water, coffe and kettle in the room, which is pretty nice. After checking out, we could leave our luggage at the reception for a few more hours for which we are really thankful. The staff was very kind! Overall a perfect stay!

The area wasn’t nice. Garbage is everywhere, however it is no the hotels fault. No soundproof in the rooms.

I loved the location - it’s in a non touristy area, but excellently connected to all parts of the city by public transport. There’s even a free of charge electric ferry that runs till 9 am and after 4 pm to the river boat pier and to China town.

Big comfortable beds, good AC, very clean.

Had to call, message and ring doorbell to initially check-in. It's not that close to anything (30 min walk to Khao San road) so expect to get taxis everywhere.

I love everything , the room is so beautiful and the bed is very comfortable it's a lot better than I expected The staff is really polite and kind the whole building is super clean and next to 7-11 with local market nearby Will definitely come back and recommend to others

Lovely hotel for a very good price. it was probably the best renovated budget hotel I stayed in bangkok in a while, the rooms had everything you need and were beautifully decorated. I stayed in a. room with no window and while this would usually bother me the room was really nice and a large mirror made it look really cosy and not at all claustrophobic. The bathroom was just beautiful, all kept clean and really well maintained. The lovely owner also allowed us to check out really late which was extremely convenient and truly appreciated on our end.

The only downside was a slow wifi. While the main lady at the reception was extremely kind and accommodating, other staff speaks no English so had a bit of trouble checking out.
