If you don’t mind climbing up to the 5th floor without an elevator and leaving your shoes on the ground floor, you’ll love this place! The staff is very helpful, they helped carry our super heavy suitcases up and down the stairs.

I cant express enough through words how much grateful I am to the service I received from the owner. we (family of 6 stayed) and the service we received was beyond expectation by million times. First class treatment, super friendly owner, It is worth a million times just to book to try and you will be grateful for each single second you stay here. The owner was extremely flexible and helpful. They also have auto laundry cheapest in town. They have a communal kitchen and dining area, free coffee machine, free water.

Knot was extremely welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he was always ready to help us. This is a good home stay. We had plenty of room, a private en-suite bathroom, good air conditioning, clean room, communal kitchen/dining area. Tea/coffee making facilities, shared fridge and microwave. The property is in a residential street occupied by locals who have a friendly community. There were lots of activities going on in the street. One group watched a TV in a shop, there was karaoke in a small side area with a bar, friendly people everywhere and local children playing. There’s a 7/11 close by for snacks and food. We could easily get Grab taxis and Tuktuks from here. Again, we can’t recommend Knot enough, he was fantastic.

It was quite noisy until midnight but the quietened down for the night. The room is not soundproofed and a lot of noise from downstairs filters through.

Probably the nicest room I have stayed at in Bangkok on the budget of 900 a night. It was so so clean, everything so white, the AC was good, bed was huge and soooooo comfortable, room was much bigger than the pictures, pictures didn't look like it had windows but it has windows onto the building so not actually outside but that was fine. They have laundry and drying facilities. Downstairs has a kitchen and water dispenser. Comfy chilling area and projector. The only staff member was very friendly and helpful if you had questions. There's a flat noodle and chicken stir fry guy outside the building for 60b and my god so so good.

There are 5 floors and we were on the top floor and no lift so maybe not for the less able. The actual only downside is the location. There's not much around and bit of a walk like 35 mins to old town. The streets around are a bit of a mess even for Bangkok. WiFi wasn't great in the room. Was ok for social media but couldn't download any netflix or stream football.

Exceptional kindness of the guys in charge at the reception. Room was clean and as from description before reservation. It provides all the necessary for those looking in an easy and comfortable place. With Tuk Tuk it’s about 10 minutes from all the interest points of Bangkok. For us the location was a plus, as the hotel is located in a really traditional street, where all the Thailandese people are on the street speaking, cooking, playing games. Staying there was an experience! Absolutely suggested

I slept really well which is most important, comfy bed! Clean rooms and extremely nice staff!

Location could be a bit better but given the price, its perfectly fine, just take a Bolt.

The location is very central. We were a tuk tuk away of everything. There are fruit and food markets around with great food. Neighbourhood was very vivid, at our door we had every evening Muai Thai bets, the fight was on a little TV screen and the men were doing bets, screaming loud, really funny to watch ( once in a live time, I believe). The owner couldn't be more kind and helpful. We arrived early and we asked if he could keep our luggage and he provided us with a room till check-in time. The hostel provides free coffee and has a machine of filtered water ( hot and cold).

The communal "kitchen" area would benefit of a bit more cleaning. But is a shared placed not so easy to keep clean

Friendly host. Location (near to a hidden gem Hainamese Noddles Restaurant with pure Passion Fruit Juice) and Nang Loeng Market (where u can have cheap and tasty local foodie and also loxak fruits). Two 7-Eleven within walking distance.

The mattress used is not in good condition. I think the spring is damaged.. It is too soft and can cause u to have back pain if u sleep overnight). Nevertheless i have inform the host to have it change for future guests visiting)

We loved the modern air conditioning and access to washing machines. Also the more busy local environment, rather than being touristy. Quite quiet at night, unless there is a may thia match on, but that didn't go on to late. WiFi was great for video conferencing if needed. The owner always helped when he could and was always available if there were any questions. Kids loved the 80's style video games in the reception area!

No handrails on the stairs when you have kids in socks isn't ideal, also we had to buy a washing line to dry clothes that couldn't go in the dryer. More clothes racks would be handy mainly on the balcony. We had to get a grab to anywhere. .

Very friendly and helpful host that makes you feel welcome. Even lent me an umbrella when it was raining. The area is very local, which for me is part of the cultural experience. Good enough location to visit some parts of the city especially if you like walking and exploring. The rooms are simplistic, clean and has what you need to rest or sleep. Just one suggestion: Some blackout curtains would be a nice addition for guests that want to sleep longer in the morning. Communal kitchen available downstairs if you need to heat some food, even cook if you wish. Water and coffee available throughout the day.
