Very big room, view of pool and temple from balcony, kettle in room, breakfast very good. staff very good, nice pool

You are asked to change at the pool rather than walk in costume through hotel, but there is only one toilet available to change in. There are toweling robes in the room, but it's not clear if it is acceptable to walk through the hotel in them. There was supposed to be a bar with a view on the top floor but we couldn't find it.

Location was not bad. If you don't want to talk a taxi all the way from the airport, take the train until theast stop Phaya Thai (90) and then taxi (it was about 80 if I'm not mistaken). It was in fact faster than taking a taxi from the airport due to the traffic. It's an old hotel but but clean and some parts are renovated like the bathroom. We didn't eat there so I can't comment. Local market is a walking distance away so you can buy local food, fruits etc. The hotel offers trips but if you are looking at prices then choose booking by yourself using TripAdvisor or GetYourGuide. Our shower drain was over floating and dispute very late hour someone came to fix it. They are extremely nice.

Bed was uncomfortable for me, too soft. Water pressure very low.

I book this hotel for its location, price, and amenity; they do not disappoint. The location is perfect, close to all main sites. You can take a bus or a taxi and it won’t cost more than 20 mins. There are two big food market and farmer’s market within walking distance. The room is extremely spacious, clean, and quiet. Air-conditioning is strong and effective, so you don’t need to worry about feeling hot. Meanwhile, there are windows you can open, just in case you crave fresh air. The price is unbeatable. For a hotel with this convenient location, a 5-night-stay costing less than 10k baht (less than $300) is everything I can dream about.

There are definitely places for improvement, e.g. the lack of USB outlet is a big miss. But for its price and location convenience, this is the most subtle thing to complain about. Sometimes taxi drivers would drop you off outside the hotel, on the other side of the street, so you need to cross the street yourself.

I haven’t book breakfast. On my last day, however, I wanted to eat something before going to the airport. My Omelettes had several egg shells in it. Though unfortunately I was the last guest who ordered, that shouldn’t have affected the quality. Furthermore, I expected the hotel to call me a taxi which they did. But sadly and do hold a grudge now, they ordered me a taxi who was overcharging and no taxi meter. They were lucky as I already ran late. However, next time I will make a fuss!

The room is spacious and clean. The bed was large and the matress okay. The room had a small table where I could work with my laptop. The breakfast was outstanding with many options. It was delicious and the breakfast hall with many windows is nice to start your day. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The pool is big and many beds are available for use. Nice balcony too.

The hotel and the rooms are a little outdated and the switchpanel in our room was sometimes difficult to handle. Only cable TV, no smart-TV (i.e. Netflix on the TV)

Room size, bed size and comfort, beautiful staff, location walking distance to 3 temples, 7/11 on the doorstep for sim card, alcohol, cigarettes, bits and bobs, taxis and tuk tuks always outside. Fab clothing market 2 mins away, reasonably priced food in hotel restaurant. Good for beers but wine and prosecco is not really a thing in Thailand. Great balcony, blackout curtains, limited tv channels but ok. Housekeeping were amazing sorting out extra water, changing the kettle and always so friendly. The greeter on the door was so invasive from the momemt we stepped out the taxi, "do you want a suit?" "Do you want a trip" every day, all the time, he also kept calling my husband Boss, which we felt was a little informal for a 4 star hotel. Try calling your guests Sir and Madam, and maybe just say, " i am the hotel concierge and I can arrange trips, taxis snd anything you need, if you would like me to assist you" instead of thrusting a sales pitch down everyones throat whenever they see you. We ended up using the restaurant exit to get in and out in the end to avoid him !

I had an absolutely delightful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally polite, helpful, and supportive—I truly cannot praise them enough. They went above and beyond, particularly with assisting me in liaising with Air China’s customer service to track down my lost luggage. In the meantime, they graciously allowed us to charge our phones at the front desk—a small gesture that made a big difference until our bags were returned. One of the highlights of our visit was a day trip to a floating and train market organised by the hotel. Their driver collected us in comfort, patiently waited for us throughout the day, and ensured we had an outstanding experience exploring local culture and cuisine. It was so thoughtfully arranged and absolutely unforgettable. Breakfast each morning was beautifully prepared and thoroughly satisfying, with an excellent selection of both European and Asian dishes. The Wi‑Fi in the room was impressively fast, making my stay even more convenient. The hotel facilities were all top‑notch: the pool was spotlessly clean, and although the gym was modest, it had everything one might need for a solid workout. The showers supplied consistently hot water, and the room was serviced daily to the highest standard. The housekeeping staff were unfailingly polite and accommodating, which made our stay all the more pleasant. Honestly, there was nothing to dislike. Every aspect of our stay was thoughtfully managed and exceeded expectations.

Our bedroom was spacious, comfortable, and offered a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The swimming pool is large and offers sufficient seating area around. The hotel staff was always helpful and friendly, and the dishes served in the restaurants are delicious and well presented. We found the location perfect for our needs. There are various street markets, small restaurants, and historical sites within walking distance. The closest MRT station is about 30 minutes walk from the hotel.

The wifi isn´t the best. It's often slow and cuts out.

Good breakfast, the location is good- close to the Grand Palace but also away from the business of tourist attractions.
