Hotel was great for my long layover. Staff were nice, room was comfy and clean.

The hotel isn't very easy to find. Once you have been through security there aren't any signs to direct you to the hotel, eventually I found signs generically for hotels but it took me a while to find it still. The easiest way to find it is to follow signs for the train station. The policy of cancelling your booking if you don't arrive within 15 minutes is a poor one and makes for a stressful experience. I knew this was the policy, and I had taken a long time to get through customs and then was struggling to find the place so I only just made it in time. I booked for 1 hour after plane was due to land but I would recommend making that 2 hours if you want to have a less stressful experience.

It's QUIET, CLEAN, & COMFORTABLE place to sleep and change clothes while still in the airport. It's also NEAR the SuperRich Currency Exchange store with the best exchange rates, 711, and Lifts to go up the 3F where I found the cleanest and most comfortable toilet near McDonalds.

The 2 staffs when I checked in around 12-2am were GRUMPY & NOT as warm and welcoming as the CHARMING girl who checked me out at 9am, which is quite annoying when you're already tired from late night flights. Also, the message of the property stating a "1400 bath", should be (i think) "1400 BAHT", made me believe that they offer a "bath/shower facility" for B1,400 as a "special service". See screenshot below.

I stayed at both the capsule hotel and the boxtel on my travels to and from Bangkok. The Boxtel was nice because I was able to fit my luggage inside instead of in a locker and the bed was pretty comfortable!

The only issue I had was some confusion with booking. I was only able to reserve the room from 4-8 am. I communicated with the hotel that I would like the room from 12-7 am instead and it was a little challenging to figure that out. Even after the communication when I arrived they hadn’t changed the reservation to reflect the time. Luckily they were still able to accommodate me. I also didn’t realize I needed cash for the key deposit, which thankfully I had.

Rooms were as expected. Beds are clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly.

The booking process could be clarified. We booked from 20:00 to 24:00, but the actual time used for calculating the four hours starts from check-in. Also, just before we boarded our delayed flight, we received a message that if we arrive 15 minutes after our expected checkin time, our booking would be cancelled. This had us worried, as we have communicated the relevant flight details. Fortunately, even though we ended up checking in 2 hours after our expected arrival time and the rooms were ready.

Ideal for a stopover. Staff very accommodating as I turned up early. Comfortable bed, clean sheets. In a quiet part of the airport, no noise, on floor B next to the train entrance. No problem getting the passport stamped and going through immigration only to return through immigration 4 hours later. I had 8 hours to kill - slept at Boxtel for 4, then had booked Miracle lounge access (many lounges near different boarding gates) where I had a shower and then could eat and drink in comfort.

All good really. Others say that toilets are far away but I just slept and didn’t need to go!

Arriving in the middle of the night at Suvarnabhumi made this accommodation ideal! They were flexible with my earlier than expected arrival time and allowed me to upgrade to 6-hours instead of my original 4. The strong wifi allowed my computer to complete an important update while my economy-seat body got to lay fully horizontal for the remaining portion of the night! When morning came, I could immediately board the Airport Rail link to town.

The nearest toilet is a bit of a walk and up a floor. I wished I had stopped by the toilet to freshen up before arriving at the room so that I could have just immediately slept. I felt bad for the gentleman waiting to see if a room was available. He had no booking and when I arrived to claim my room he was turned away.

I checked in for 4 hours, I only needed that amount of time however the staff said it's easy to book for longer if I needed. Very accommodating. I thought it was very clean, looked like the photos. The bathrooms are a little far and a shower would be nice however it worked well for me.

I needed the room from 10pm to 2am and so I had reserved twice however you just need to reserve for the time that you get there and then they let you start your 4 hour stay then.

The room was small but very comfortable bed, good lighting, and PowerPoint conveniently located next to bed for charging phones etc.

The hotel was a bit difficult to find in the basement of the airport. The vibration and noise of the train could be heard and felt, but this did not stop me from sleeping. The worst thing is the distance to the toilets. It is far! Especially when you need to go! This is a real problem which should be rectified.
