Handy access to walk straight through to the Airport for cashing money and catching your plane !! Breakfast is always amazing there and the bed is so comfortable!!

Yes the Hotel is everything you need but you pay for it as i have notice it's getting more and more expensive everytime i return ..

Amazing location and friendly staff

We couldn't use our All Accor membership because of booking through this website, which meant we missed some points. Our family had a much better price for an identical room and they could get breakfast included, while we paid more for the room and had to get breakfast separately. For this hotel it seems like it would pay to check the price on different platforms.

Swimming pool was excellent the room was OK but no sockets near the bedside tables it took me a while to figure out how to turn the lights out ( it's on the alarm clock) location was fantastic for the airport there's a 7-11 in the car park too which is handy for getting bits if you need them also the airport is much cheaper for food than the hotel

The price of food and drink at the hotel is very high but luckily the airport prices are a lot better... I got a KFC at the airport for 2 people and still couldn't finish it we ended up having 1 meal between us and having the rest for supper costing £20 it was roughly the same for 1 meal at the hotel then a drink

I have been to Thailand 5 times and I never knew that there was a hotel within walking distance to the airport (Not that you need to walk. They have multiple shuttles were the hotel drivers transport you straight to your terminal) Very friendly staff who always have a smile on their faces and always ready to help you with anything you need. This hotel provides a stress free / traffic free way to make your flight in/out of Bangkok or as a place to stay for a lay-over as they offer hourly rates as well. The other huge perk is that they offer each guess "Flexi" which automatically give you a 24 hours stay. So if you check in at 10 am you have until 10 am the next day to check out. The spa was amazing! My husband and I opted for the 2.5 hour couple package that included a Thai massage, a head and neck shoulder massage with a coconut oil hair treatment, and a milk honey bath. It was the best massage I have every had in my life! They were respectful and treated us very well. I will be staying here every trip to Thailand from now on.

The hallways to the rooms could use a bit of paint.

Love the location because i do not mind walking to the Airport through underground. Also as many times tha i stayed here, Novotel/Hyatt, i just now realize the train directions could take me to the BTS line that i know so well, silly me. I will take advantage next time but this is one of the reasons i like to stay here, I can get ti Siam Square or other places and back for last minute adventures before taking off.

WiFi can be more stable. I had to deal with the on again off again service for a little bit, then it seemed to start being on consistantly...so in the end all was good, just a bit frustrating at first.

We stayed only for one night, but were very impressed with its cool laid back luxury and amenities. We arrived late into Bangkok and stayed overnight at the Hyatt Regency Bangkok Airport prior to flying to Koh Samui the next morning. It was a super convenient and stress-free transit option. The hotel is only a 300m walk via an underground walkway, or a 7 min free shuttle ride from the airport. We chose the shuttle option and were whisked away as soon as we found the meeting point near gate 3. The Hyatt Regency doesn't have a check in or check out time. You simply book a room, check in when you arrive and then check out at any time within 24 hours after. This is a great idea for travellers who often just need a place to rest between flights. Other great services on offer are 24/7 restaurants, cafes and bars which are located in the grand, open plan lobby area. There are also easy access transport options from the hotel into central Bangkok. Another stand out feature of this hotel is its commitment to sustainable practises. It is an eco-certified property which is evident, from its paper wrapped amenities and bulk shampoo/ conditioner dispensers to the non-plastic door cards and complimentary glass bottled water. Our room was well appointed and comfortable, and the next morning, we took the free shuttle service back to the airport for our onward flight. Easy. I can't recommend this beautiful hotel and its innovative and excellent service highly enough!

Check in went smoothly and Bill on the front desk was friendly and efficient. We had booked the room late as our flight had been cancelled due to the fire at Heathrow and we were delighted with the facilities, excellent staff and impeccable cleanliness. The pool area was very nice and an added bonus. One other useful thing was that you get the room for 24 hours which is extremely handy! Japanese restaurant was excellent.

In all honesty the room was a little tires. Chipped furniture and stained carpets. BUT we would stay again. We understand that a programme of room renovation is under way.

very big hotel and complimentary shuttle every 10 mins. hotel staff was very nice and helpfull. hotel is very big amd just 7-8 mins away from airport. fire and emergency escapes, sprinklers, fire doors, smoke dedectors etc was well organised. i look at these emergency facilities when i i stay at a big hotel. safety is more important than comfort i think and i liked the emergency organisation

hotels lobby and restaurants area was incredibly good and clean but our room is not. there was a strange smell (like curry spicy) at room and stains on the floor. i think this was my bed luck, i arrived lately and i was very tired to change the room otherwise hotel is very big they would offer me a new room i think.
