Everything with finding the shuttle to checkin was smooth. Room was big and spacious. Pool was wonderful, and I don't know if it was my hunger but the cheeseburger and curry fries was one of the best burgers and fries I've ever had!

Rooms were a bit outdated--didn't match the rest of the facility. Bed mattresses were awful :( Bathrooms were very modern so it was curious that the room would be so outdated. I couldn't tell what happened :) But was worth it for all the other positives of the hotel.

Handy access to walk straight through to the Airport for cashing money and catching your plane !! Breakfast is always amazing there and the bed is so comfortable!!

Yes the Hotel is everything you need but you pay for it as i have notice it's getting more and more expensive everytime i return ..

Amazing location and friendly staff

We couldn't use our All Accor membership because of booking through this website, which meant we missed some points. Our family had a much better price for an identical room and they could get breakfast included, while we paid more for the room and had to get breakfast separately. For this hotel it seems like it would pay to check the price on different platforms.

Swimming pool was excellent the room was OK but no sockets near the bedside tables it took me a while to figure out how to turn the lights out ( it's on the alarm clock) location was fantastic for the airport there's a 7-11 in the car park too which is handy for getting bits if you need them also the airport is much cheaper for food than the hotel

The price of food and drink at the hotel is very high but luckily the airport prices are a lot better... I got a KFC at the airport for 2 people and still couldn't finish it we ended up having 1 meal between us and having the rest for supper costing £20 it was roughly the same for 1 meal at the hotel then a drink

Excellent location to airport. The tunnel from the hotel to the airport was easy, safe, welll lit, flat walking. no problems with suitcases. The rooms were very quiet but out dated. The entrance to the hotel is rather grand but the hotel is let down with the old musty rooms. We did not have breakfast but had the buffet for dinner which was excellent and very good value for the money. We would definately stay here again but only use this hotel as a stopover.

This is the only hotel which is directly connected to the airport terminal by a walkway tunnel, but they offer a shuttle service every 10min for who doesn’t want to walk. Perfect for a short layover in Bangkok. Friendly staff, nice pool which is open until late.

It is clear that Hyatt is still trying to refurbish the rooms since taking it over. We got upgraded to a room where the floor had been redone and we appreciated that, but the furniture is very old. There are no sockets or usb outlets by the bed. The bathroom was decent. It didn’t bother us as much though as we were only staying one night.

The premium solution for sure! Great location, just 5 minutes walk from the terminal via underground passage which is next to the airport rail link. Stop at 7/11 on that basement level and buy what you need before you walk. There's also a shuttle service if you're less mobile/have large bags. Great gym, for a hotel gym, it doesn't get much better than this, plus steam and sauna in the changerooms. Nice outdoor pool and outdoor garden areas. They make it really quick to check in and out, and you can stay a whole 24 hours. The place is absolutely majestic.

The whole thing is pretty darn expensive. (The Hyatt at Zurich airport in Switzerland I stayed in the next night is actually cheaper per room per night) ...The minibar is really pricey as in more than most bars in Bangkok. The hotel is a bit old and dated, and at this price, I would suggest some extra nice touches that you usually find in Thailand to make the experience next level such as sockets near the bed and some sort of nice fragrance in the rooms. Nothing major, I still enjoyed a lot and had a very comfortable stay and will come again to enjoy!

Location, close to the airport. 24 hour restaurant.

We didn’t have any hot water for 2 nights.

Overall a comfy relaxed stay. Especually liked the pool (recommend iced tea be put on the menu) and the spa. The 24 hour stay was a major factor in choosing this hotel, beats hanging around waiting for late flights or for check in times.

Nothing that i didn't like, except to note my room was nice but probably due for a refresh,eg curtains. Lighting system a bit complex. An aircon ceiling panel began to fall down, little things. Again, overall, enjoyed my stay and will be coming back.
