Very comfortable beds and pillows. Very clean modern and stylish room. Great air conditioning. Very friendly and attentive staff. Great bar and restaurant. Well located on the edge of a bustling street market with loads of great food stalls, cafes, restaurants and small local supermarkets. Very handy, right next to a ferry terminal for the river boat shuttle services. Nice pool. Excellent quality linen and towels. We really enjoyed our stay. Recommended.

I couldn't manage to work out the hot and cold controls in the shower - but I think that was probably just me being a bit impatient with those types of things, as my wife, in the adjacent room had no trouble at all. The only other inconvenience was that it's not near any of the rail or metro lines and it being on the other side of the river from the city - but on the other hand it does give it a bit more of a local feel, which we liked. And it's easy to get about using the ferries and Grab taxis.

I booked this hotel because it's close to my conference venue in Siriraj Hospital. It's located in the Wang Lang market, so it's easy to find foods. The room and bed are very comfortable. The bathroom is quite spacious and very clean. Tea and drip coffee are available as supplementary. There are aromatic scents in the room and bathroom, and it smells super nice. All staff are super nice and helpful. There are tables and chairs outside so you can enjoy the river view in the evening.

My room is quite small. There is no parking lot for cars and motorcycles.

The breakfast was great. I liked the coffee and the fruits. The croissant was very good, also.

I wish there were more food choices on the menu.

Extremely poor management and service for this new hotel. The management committed the ultimate hospitality sin, preferring greed of money over customer service, and did it in an unbelievably incompetent way. I has a 2 nights reservation made on booking.com, and upon my arrival told the manager that I would like to extend my stay for a total of 5 nights. This was confirmed, using the promotional rate they had at the time (NOV 2024). The funny part was that they asked me to book directly and not via booking.com, and as good will, I agreed despite of the fact that paying them directly was a little more expensive that on booking.com. On my second night, they told me that they made a mistake, and they sold the room category that I was at, and if I want to stay, I will have to pay more than double. They admitted it was their mistake, they admitted that they are NOT sold out, and still instead of simply upgrading me or the other client, they made me either pay more than double or leave. If nothing else, only this justifies avoiding this place like the plague. I liked the location, but it is definitely not for everyone. The location on Google map and booking.com is wrong. The hotel in in the middle of a narrow street (no traffic access) of a busy market, which is great during the day and dark and abandoned after 8PM. You will have to walk a few hundred meters, as taxi or even Tuk-Tuk cannot access. Rooms are nice, though on the small side. Unless you pay for the most expensive ones, you will have no view, even if it will indicate "river view". Incompetent staff and management: TV is set on Thai language (try to change it or sign into your Netflix, when it is all in Thai). You get half a roll of toilet paper (no extra), no hand soap, etc. The hotel is still a building site, as they are still in works (they opened before finishing construction), and no way to have a nap or relax during working hours (noise), but this will be over in a few months. AVOID.
