Beds are the comfiest we’ve stayed on since travelling through Thailand. Room is very basic (no tables or storage and imperfect walls and ceilings) but was bright and clean and bedding was fresh / no stains. New AC installed which was really effective. Free shampoo and shower gel. Friendly staff. Allowed to leave luggage there before and after your stay. Central location for all the big tourist sights.

The hallway areas are in disrepair. The showers were warm or hot - would have been lovely to have a cold shower.

Cheap convenient family room for 5 - unusual to get everyone in one room which I really appreciated in a busy city as it felt safer. Excellent location! Quiet for sleep but close enough to some great sights, restaurants and public transport links. Ram Buttri alley has such a great vibe! All 5 of us had a shower and there was enough hot water for all! Friendly staff and even a little lift which is a great help with luggage or disability. Air con also great. Not luxury but just perfect for a night or two in Bangkok. Fab that comes with towels. Comfy bed and more than enough space!

Top bunk sides were quite low which made me a bit nervous as the kids slept up there however no issues! The address isn’t quite right. We went to the place it showed on google but it wasn’t correct however the helpful staff there showed us to where we needed to be - around the corner a minutes walk.

The location was excellent with restaurants, a laundromat and massage places nearby. As a sole female traveller it felt safe to walk along the laneway at night. The room was clean and the aircon was lovely and cool. The bed very comfortable and had nice sheets.

The hotel does provide.complimentary water bottles. I arrived after 10.00 pm and had to find a 7-11 which was 450 metres away. The towels are made with an odd material that does not dry you properly. There is no where to put belongings such as toiletry bags as the sink area is too small. I had to recharge my phone over the sink.

Very good location. Super friendly and helpful staff, comfy bed and nice shower. The hotel changed its name between our booking and arrival, 2 days, so I'm not sure if there are new owners, but rooms are a bit sparse at the moment.

My only niggle besides the sparse rooms, is that the toilet and shower lights are on an automatic switch, so if you go to the toilet in the night, the lights and extractor come on, and as there are no proper doors it fills the room with light and disturbs others.

The place is very clean, very quiet and very central. It's in the historical heart of the city and a walking distance from everywhere - Khaosan, Grand Palace, river cruise, water trams, bus stops. The street is very lively, but no traffic and not too much music (no outside noise in the rooms, but your neighbors may be coming home late and yelling in the corridor). Lots of eateries around, including very cheap ones, massage, shops, 7-11s, ATMs, and everything you might need. This whole small area (two small streets) is exclusively for tourists, but nothing like crazy Khaosan (which is very near). The rooms are a strange concept with bunk beds and almost nothing else (a piece of wood pretending to be a tiny table), but these beds are very comfy, with a very soft mattress. Linens are clean, rooms look fresh and new, shower is hot, everything works, AC is great, electric outlets are near the bed. Toilet and bathroom are separate, there's a sliding door and the light goes on automatically. You get a door code instead of the key. Wifi is ok. The young guys at the reception are very nice and helpful, especially Saw, and they all speak good English. You have to book online, they say it's cheaper.

The shower is attached to the ceiling, you can't move it, so each time you take a shower you have to wet your hair. The price goes up and down in waves (unrelated to weekends), from ridiculously cheap to ridiculously expensive, but if you book for a week, you probably get a fair price.

I really appreciated how accommodating and friendly the staff were, especially Moe, who went above and beyond to fulfill all our requests. I also loved the area. Khaosan can definitely be a bit of a culture shock, especially Khaosan Road, but the hotel's location was perfect. It was lively but not too loud.

The hotel's aesthetic is truly top-notch, but I hope a few small details can be added. Little things can make a big difference—like towel hooks inside the shower, a chair, or adjustable lighting with warm and cool options.

Lovely staff, location is very close to khoa san road, we struggled to find it at first as the front is being redesigned but it's right behind the hippie bar (follow Google maps) we had a private room for two with bunk beds and a private shower and toilet, everything was basic but very clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful especially as we accidently booked for the wrong day, price was very good, reception open 24/7 very close to bars/restaurants/shops

Not a dislike, but advice for anyone booking here, look out for the front as I said it was be refurbished so we walked past it at first, but it's behind the hippie bar and opposite a volkswagon camper van that's been converted into a bar!

Very modern, looks just like the photos. There isn't really a clear window which was fine for one night. Somehow they managed in it's situation to give a very strong cozy feeling.

Very disappointed in the towels provided. They are very soft but do not dry at all. We had to dry ourselves after showering with the hair dryer. Seems like a very small problem but it has a huge impact, the towels really cannot dry your body...it creates an inconvenience on something so basic. I felt the towels were chosen to keep a modern and cozy feeling, but they aren't practical. Please replace :D

clean comfy bed, nice shower and toilet. great location for khoasan road. very cool secret bar next door. friendly staff who are there 24 hours and on WhatsApp, felt very safe.

bit hard to find at first, it could do with a better sign. the entrance is the passage next to the greenhouse looking building. toilet door isnt full enclosed just a sliding one, and shower is only separated by a curtain. no issue for me but something to consider if youre sharing with people as it might not be as private as some people would like.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough! The location is incredible, just a short walk from the busy bars and vendors on Khosan Road, this hotel is on a quiet but lively street so you get the Bangkok experience but also a good night's sleep! It is also easy to travel to other parts of the city. The rooms were clean, well equipped and comfortable, and the Aircon was incredible. But the absolute highlight of this hotel were the staff, me and my partner got on particularly well with one member of staff who was very friendly, kind and helpful - he really made our stay! We will definitely be back next time we are in Bangkok 😊
