You know when you find a place so great, you're scared to tell others about it in case it becomes too popular and then gets fully booked and goes up in price? Well, that's how I feel about this place. It was simply perfect, down a lively, but not Khaosan crazy, fairy light lit street. Super clean, reasonable price for Bangkok, newly fitted out, excellent shower, very friendly people, and right where you want to be in Bangkok. Near to the river, excellent bus connections, walking distance from main attractions half an hour's stroll away. I LOVE IT! 🩷

Nothing, it was perfect, bar only that it was booked up when we wanted to stay an extra couple of nights, so popular is this place.

Absolutely fantastic location because it’s close to fun activities and a very busy street with lots of activities like massage, parlors, boutiques, nail salons, Taylors, lots of places to eat ATMs 711s, really good central location. The room was very simple small and clean. The staff were very nice and even let us keep our luggage downstairs during the day after we checked out. If you need a place to crash at night after exploring Bangkok, this is the perfect spot. We will recommend it to our friends.

The safe for valuable did not work. The room itself is dated, so don’t expect a modern look. It’s very small, the bed is slightly hard, but we liked it.

A corpulent male employee and a female colleague on the daytime shift exhibit an unwelcoming demeanor toward patrons. Their disposition is notably stern, devoid of even the slightest vestige of cordiality.

Great location, my room was in the back away from the road so it was very quiet at night, the room had an air conditioner and a fan which I like, the shower had a curtain so the whole bathroom didn't get wet, the staff was very nice and switched me from the fifth floor to the ground floor after I hurt my knee.

The Wi-Fi isn't very good. Being on the fifth floor was climbing a lot of stairs.

I've stayed here a few times and i'm always happy to come back. Nice cosy room, nice staff, great location.

This is the first time i've had any issues. I had a balcony room and the tv wasn't working. They actually downgraded me to a room without balcony and they said they tested the tv. But actually the tv was also not working properly. Also the aircon was dripping water and making a puddle on the floor. To compensate me they gave me a late checkout (5pm) which was a great help. The TVs in this hotel are very old and really need replacing.

The staff was very friendly, especially one girl from the check in desk, with a very big smile. The hotel is a bit old but very clean, still pleasant. I stayed there a couple of times and tried different rooms, they were pretty much the same standard. room size was medium to small but still cozy and not claustrophobic

Luck of lift, can be a pain if your room is on 5th floor and u realized u forgot your phone just after u left the hotel. In one room the safety box didn't work and there was no hot water. I think they should periodically check every room

The location is great for going out and exploring Bangkok. Spacious room; clean; cotton sheets and towels, not synthetics. I loved the view from the balcony,...

...,but that's also the disadvantage of the room with balcony. It's very loud and noisy at night. If you want to stay a bit longer in Bangkok and don't want to party each night yourself, it's better to book either a room without balcony or other Guesthouse

Location was amazing, everything was always clean. They allowed me to check in earlier, that was really nice

You could only connect one device at the time to wi fi, but i had my own data so i didnt ask if maybe there is a solution to that. Would have been noce to have a more modern tv where i could watch a movie at night. Also a little night stand light would be great. And if the staff also knew a little more about where to book tours or buses

Good supportive staff. Khoasan road is very near. From here it is easy bus access to airport. In next road, there is a pier. They charge 80 baht each. U can travel to all attractions by boat from this pier. Room is with hot water, ac. In siam 11 they offer breakfast buffet for 199 bhat for their customers. This road and around is very busy. Awesome location with good staff and good room

Something is up with the staff, it was not explained that I had to go to another hotel to use my credit card and after beyond the normal 5% charged in South east asia for credit cards, my room rate was 8% higher than my reserved price, also the staff accused me of stealing a cup. I have enough money to buy the floor or stay at the Mardarin but I like this one room and keep coming back, I have no interest in a cup. I think the staff is more stressed since marijuana became legal in Thailand, that is my guess.
