Great value for the money! We loved that the bedroom was closed - The bathroom/shower was outdoors which was a really nice concept, especially feeling the breeze on a hot Bangkok day. It is on the rooftop, so plenty of privacy outdoors. The stairs to get up to the room for unfit people like us was a bit tiring, but good exercise. The location is perfect - Away from the busy Khao San area, but extremly close walking distance to everything: the Night Markets, 7/Eleven, 24 Hours Dim Sum (delicious), and the Hop on Hop Off Ferry. Highly recommended for couples or solo travellers. Our new go to place to stay in Bangkok.

The staff are very hospitable and friendly; always gives us compliment. The room is very clean, good space, free amenities, can borrow hair dryer and etc. also has a very good wifi and can have free snacks and coffee! Can walk to Khao san and Rambuttri for about 10-15minutes. Will definitely come back and recommend to friends and family.

1. Very good location. It's two minutes away from Phra Sumen Fort and Park. The beautiful river and bridges can be seen from the park and riverside restaurants. Halal food nearby too. 15 minutes away from the Grand palace. The taxi fare was 40 baht. 2. Best value for money. I traveled with my three other friends and stayed in a room of 4 bed-private bathroom. The bunk beds were comfortable.

The plug points near the bed don't always work. The bathroom had no lock.

Superbly accommodating staff. Facilitated a 6am check in, which we really appreciated after a long bus ride. Location is good, room was spacious and clean with fresh linen and towels.

The bum gun pipework was leaking into the bathroom floor, the night stand wooden slab was missing, and the balcony door wouldn't lock from the inside. Didn't really affect our stay, however it would be nice for these things to be addressed.

I was really happy with the bed. I was super exhausted and needed sleep, so I slept like a baby. The Location was difficult to find, but I knew there was no problem. It's walking distance to most of the Khaosan Street activities, and there are lots of cafes and hotels around.

The location we found to be excellent . It is so close to the river allowing quick access to the river ferries to both the Grand Palace and reclining Budda.The ferries being a great mode of transport. The night life and eateries was also brilliant. The receptionist was really welcoming and allowed bag drop off way before check in and again when checking out

Great location is small alleyway, clean, lobby with snacks and coffee

We booked a room for 4 and ended up getting a different room as on the photos. It was a 3 bedroom with a small extra bed which was very small and uncomfortable. The room was way too small for 4 people

Staff were very nice and friendly, room was clean and comfortable and the location is great being only a 10min walk to khoa san road. Would stay again and would recommend

The locatoion is great, close to Khao San Road without all the noise. Very clean and comfortable room, very friendly and helpful staff, I also liked the complimentary snacks/coffee little place they have at the lobby. You can leave your luggage the whole day until 7pm the day you leave. The main door closes at 10pm for security and they leave a small door next to it that you can open with a badge key. They asked me for a deposit of 500 bahts that they gave me back at the end.

I wish the other clients were more considerate of other people sleeping (but that's not really on the establishment). Maybe add a little kettle and a hairdryer to the rooms. But overall it was really great !

Excellent location close to sites and restaurants of all descriptions. Coffee and small snacks available free in the lobby plus cold drinks to purchase. Fridge and safe in the room.

Room was small but functional.
