Great breakfast (guests that have paid for breakfast can choose from a fee dishes, we tried all the options and they were all great!). The location is very convenient and the stuff is extremely nice! We booked the smallest rooms and got what we paid for, since we did not stay at the hotel much of the time (Bangkok is a place to live! :D) it was sufficient.

The rooms could be a bit better upkept.

For the hostel prices we had separate room with a bathroom. Perfect location. Very good cafe on the first floor ( pizza❤️) You can’t hear street noise when you’re windows are closed. Next door you have laundromat. Turn to the right and you are on the very nice cafe and shopping street. Close to must see touristic locations .

The location is absolutely cool! So many places to go in just walking distance, but especially Khao San Road (it became our favorite road during the entire trip). The staff were also really nice. The hotel has some sort of its own restaurant on the first floor and other restaurants just beside it so it's quite convenient.

The couple room is not that spacious, but they sent a message explaining about it beforehand. The hotel is also pretty lively at night, we stayed on the second floor, so there were a lot of people walking around and talking and other random noises that we can hear from our room, but fortunately never that loud.

The hotel is very well located. The room is simple but cosy and clean. We had no issues with noise or disturbances at any time and always felt safe throughout our stay.

Nice location nearby plenty of restaurants and transportation. Rooms may be small like the one we selected, but very adequate for brief 3 night layover as we departed Bangkok. Front desk helped make early morning travel arrangements to airport (Car), and the two of us greeted driver at 4:00am who zipped us to airport in 40 minutes for only 500B. Small room fridge great for cold beverages after hot day. Great lobby!

no kettle in the budget room we selected, though front desk mentioned we could access hot water anytime in resteraunt, so we're able to make a coffee in our room in the morning anyway.

I had a wonderful stay at Khaosan Hotel! The location is absolutely perfect – so convenient and accessible, making it the ideal choice for anyone visiting the area. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and very well-maintained, providing everything you need for a relaxing stay. I would especially like to thank Pooh, who made my experience even better. She is truly the best – always friendly, attentive, and professional. It’s rare to come across such a dedicated and kind worker, and I’m grateful for the warmth she brought to my visit. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay with excellent service!

Be fast though cause rooms go as quick as warm bread Great location, nice rooms amazing restaurant and coffee place and the best value for money in the area. What really makes this place unique is the people working there. They really made my experience 10x better. Their kindness and attentiveness is truly remarkable. Special thanks to Arm for going above and beyond to assist me. The man literally risked his life. No words honestly. Saya and Joy your kindness will not be forgotten ! -Excellent location and very pleasant staff -Great breakfast options with set menus to choose from. -In house restaurant with 10 % discount for residents. - small convenience store on site. -Close to khaosan road but at one end in phra arthit, good if you start with the hop on hop off ferry as it's the starting point a short walk away. -Airport bus from DMK stops just outside (though we were not aware at first). -Plenty of food options, shopping closeby. -very efficient 24 hour laundromat next door(self service option available after 7 pm.)

No elevator. So if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage that can be a hassle.

- the location is amazing, close to main st Khao San (restaurants, bars, clubs, message center, and many more), and it's within most of the tours pickup district - reception 24/7 - helpful and effectient staff (helped me to carry my luggage to the 5th floor and to bring it down) - they have one restaurant, and you can get some extra discount if you are in-house (that's a plus) - got hot water all the time

- no dressing mirror , so ladies who would like to prepare themselves and do their hair might be challenging (so I used the reflection of the TV while I was doing my hair) - no extra electrical plug near the dressing table, so I unplugged the TV cable to use my hair dryer

Apart from a very small room, where you can place your Travel bag and Sleep on the bed. Think of it like a Single bed with walls with Good air conditioner, it is this small (which serves the purpose for one person). I just needed a bed of my own with little bit of privacy which I wouldn't get in a Hostel Bunk bed environment. Specially a private clean bathroom. it is on the main road so you wouldn't have to worry about going anywhere from there. despite being on the main road. the road was super noise free. The Staff was great. one of the nicest and humble I would say. They gave me free water bottles every time. Gave discounts on food.
