Quite welcoming staff and nice area to be in. A lot of places were in walking distance

They need to update the correct address on line. I faced a small issue where I searched the name on google and followed the same, but reached in the wrong place. Please mention it is " Khao San Art Hotel" as it is.

The location is perfect. It's very close to Khao San Road market and just several meters walk to Phra Arthit Pier which gives you access to IconSiam, Grand Palace, Wat Arun, Chinatown, Wang Lang market, Asiatique and BTS. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The place is clean and not crowded. Even with the resto bar downstairs, the place is not noisy.

I really can't think of something which I didn't like.

I like that it's near a bus stop, and are within the vicinity of tourist attractions. Small room but clean.

It has no lift. They have mentioned this when we booked our stay. I hope they consider including such because it's tiring to take the stairs after a long day of navigating the area.

- Excellent Location. - Warm Shower. - Air conditioning was really good. - All of the staff were Fantastic. A special mention to Preaw on reception who was so lovely, warm, welcoming and friendly! - Room decorated as we were visiting as part of our honeymoon, which was a really nice touch. - Great value for money.

- The only VERY small suggestion would be to have an adjustable shower head bracket, as it shoots in the direction of the mirror/sink.

the staff at the check-in counter are so nice, they helped me to print some papers for free!!! and each of them remembers me!! that's quite nice. btw the food of the restaurant on the ground floor is all delicious!! there's some discount for those staying at the hotel !!!

Awesome location, if you're into visiting The nightlife of Bangkok but also having a nice night sleep. Conveniently located down the street from a wonderful Park as well as the riverfront. Approximately a 5 to 7 minute walk from calson road.

While not directly the fault of the property, there was consistently (5 night stay) drunk karaoke across the street that continued late into the evening (23:00+)

Location was great. Walking distance to Phra Arthit pier where you can hop on hop off using the Chao Phraya Tourist Boat. Also, close to Khao San, best for party people and thai street food 😋

The bedsheets and pillow cases are already yellowish. Hope they can change it soon. Hostel has no lift but they helped us in carrying our luggage on our 1st night. However, if you will check out in the wee hours of the morning, there is no one to assist you. Not complaining though for it's price.

The staff were some of the most friendliest I've encountered in Thailand. Especially Pascal and the girls working at reception (I don't write reviews normally but the girls working at reception and Pascal need a mention!) They went out of their way to assist and were always on hand to help

I can't say anything bad, was a great location, really close to everywhere, who likes parties Khaosan road 5min, no noise, great personal, and they were kind and helpful. Is not like in the pictures but is clean, bad comfortable and enough for staying.
