It was my partner's birthday and I had ask the staff at the front desk if I could request for something special. They brought a tasty piece of cake up to the room and we sang the birthday song at the door. It was really sweet of them to assist me in surprising my partner. The staff are super friendly and helpful. My partner and I didn't go for the breakfast, so we're not sure about it. But the surrounding area and shops were very convenient. The room was clean and bed was super duper comfy. Bath tub was clean and installed with the jacuzzi function. Loved every minute staying there!

I couldn’t rate my stay higher. The hotel is within walking distance of the temples and Khasoan Road but far enough away not to hear any noise. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The pool area was beautiful and had its own bar on the rooftop. I was honestly sad to leave and would 100% stay here again.

Chillax Hotel is very comfortable, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the rooftop pool and bar great for sunset! This hotel is a great option for exploring Phra Nakhon. Its a short walk to Khao San Market and Samsen Road, and across the road is the pier for Long Tail tours of the canals. I recommend exploring Samsen road over the canal, there are lots of great food options and its a bit more laid back compared with Khao San.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location is simply unbeatable – it’s just a short walk to Khaosan Road and the boat tram, making it easy to explore the city. Despite being so close to these vibrant areas, the hotel itself is wonderfully peaceful, offering a perfect retreat after a busy day. The staff were absolutely amazing – always friendly, professional, and willing to go above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Their attentiveness and helpfulness truly stood out. The rooftop pool was a highlight of my trip. The views were breathtaking, and it was the perfect spot to relax after a day of sightseeing. Lastly, the cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. Every corner of the property was spotless, which made the experience even more enjoyable and reassuring. This hotel offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and outstanding service. I can’t wait to return!

We loved everything about this hotel. The room was spacious, huge jacuzzi bath, nice robes and slippers to use. Good toiletries and tea/coffee/water replenished daily. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The staff were warm and welcoming. The rooftop pool with cocktail bar was delightful! Especially at sunset as the lights come on across the Bangkok skyline. We ate out so didn't try the food but it looked good and well priced. Perfectly located for walking to the Grand Palace and exploring Khaosan area.

Everything was great..

Fantastic location in the heart of Kho Sahn area. The staff were wonderful and helpful and the pool provided a welcome relief from the Bangkok humidity. Rooms and facilities were everything you needed. Breakfast had a good selection and something for everyone. Also great adjoining rooms for families that were formed as a mini apartment. We didn't use them but would have if our child was older. Would definitely recommend and come back!

Only thing would be more vegan options at breakfast but the staff offered to buy soya or almond milk for us to have cereal. The fruit selection was good however.

Location was great easy to find a tuk tuk outside 7 Eleven close by, room with the spa bath was really nice and a great way to relax after a day in the Bangkok heat! We stayed here 2 times at the start and end of the trip. The first time we stayed on the 5th floor this room was nicer and larger than the 3rd floor. Swimming pool on the roof was a great addition to a city centre hotel

Paid on arrival and then at check out asked to pay again, didn't have the receipt but luckily had the information on my phone. It was a stressful checkout early in the morning. But when we returned to stay again stabb apologised which was nice. Just keep hold of receipts!

The rooms were absolutely gorgeous, so clean and really spacious. The showers were really powerful and there was strong air on which was really important for us. We ate at the hotel one night and the food was delicious and well priced. It’s the perfect place to stay. Easy to get to places.

There was nothing we didn’t like. We were only there for a couple of days so it was perfect. The pool area was fairly small, around 20 sun loungers so maybe not the best place to stay for large families who want to spend lots of time by the pool.

We stayed here for 3 nights at the beginning of our trip to Thailand and then another 2 nights before we flew back home. It's perfectly situated for your tourist BKK hotspots. It's next to the Chao Phraya river and Khoasan Road is a 5 minute walk away. We downloaded the Grab taxi app & found everything we wanted to do was just a short journey away so the location really is perfect. Staff are all friendly and courteous, they really cannot do enough for you. Perfect Peter looks after you and a special mention to Ho who works hard at the bar up on the rooftop. It was so nice coming back every day for a dip in the pool and a cocktail. We really recommend trying the food, we ate lunch nearly everyday and it was definitely some of the best Thai food we'd eaten. Breakfast was good too. Overall we loved our stay at Chillax Heritage and will return on our next visit to Bangkok.

Nothing to dislike.

Choose rooms on level 5, they are more airy. The ones below are somehow gloomy. However, the rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is not included so we opted to have it elsewhere. Food can be ordered by the pool and is well presented, fresh and tasty. The concierge is very helpful.
