The staff was polite and friendly. I had requested a quiet room, and they provided it for me. Although the local area at the entrance played loud music until late at night, my room was on the second floor, facing the back, so I was able to have a quiet stay. I also requested an early check-in, and since a room was available, they accommodated me without any delay. I was happy that they assisted me with something as well. The place is in a very central location, surrounded by many small restaurants and cafés, making transportation very convenient. Unlike Khao San Road, it is not chaotic. It offers a safe and peaceful stay. If you are traveling alone on a very low budget and looking for a room with air conditioning and a private bathroom, this place meets your basic needs.

A budget hotel may not offer luxury, but that doesn’t mean it should compromise on cleanliness and maintenance. I believe that if they maintain these standards, guests will reward them with higher ratings. The bed sheets and pillowcases were clean, but the blankets were dirty, and there was nothing else to use as a cover. This was extremely uncomfortable and unhygienic, and they need to find a solution for this. Some of the most basic essentials were missing in the room, such as a mirror in the bathroom, a few simple hangers for clothes, and even a small bar of soap or a tiny bottle of shampoo. None of these were provided. There was also no safe in the room or anywhere in the hotel. There was no secure place to leave valuables like a laptop, and I was advised to carry mine with me all day instead of leaving it in the room. In Bangkok’s heat, walking around all day with a laptop is far from convenient. However, the biggest issue was that the hotel had no common area where guests could sit and spend time. Once you enter the hotel, the only option is to go straight to your room, take a quick shower, and sleep. There wasn’t a single seating area available. The establishment at the entrance was operated by someone else, and they didn’t allow guests to sit unless they ordered a drink, which was quite unpleasant.

If you need to rest your head after a flight and you aren’t fussy then this will work for you. I like this location . It just off the north end of Kaosarn Rd.

The aged green decor doesn’t quite live up to the pictures. You may need to carry your bags up several sets of steep stairs. The locks are flimsy. The light switches need cleaning or better still replacing.

Good location for meal and shopping.

There was noisy at night-time, room no 30x, cannot sleep and next day we moved to another room on the 2nd floor.
