Clean, Comfortable, and Well-Located This hotel is small but very cozy and clean. The location is excellent close to everything you need, including shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with all the basics for a comfortable stay. The only thing missing is an elevator, which could be a challenge if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues. Overall, a great stay for the price perfect if you’re looking for a clean, simple, and well-located hotel.

I was staying on the top floor in one of the rooms with a balcony - and this was a real highlight of this stay. Great view and just chill. Because of that I extended my stay. The staff were super nice too. The room itself is rather small but for one person can be enough although you have to accept that most of your things stays in the suitcase as there is no wardrobe and the suitcase is always in the way

We didn’t start well. It took seeing 3 different rooms to get the room that I had booked, but at the end of the day I did get what I wanted and then the balcony situation and the staff made up for it. WiFi in rooms is really bad.

Location is the best. Staff were pretty friendly, always smiling.. even though rooms are kinda small than what you expect, but they are good..

No hairdryer, no kittle. No amenities that you can find in the room like coffee powder, milkpoweder..

we went for few days and we end up staying for 2 weeks. Super good Location “Khaosan Road” few minutes away. Everything was amazing!! Staff is super nice, and the restaurant has a lot of choices of food and beverages with good prices. I would like to say that the staff from the restaurant (specially a guy called Josh, doing night shift) he was very helpful, kind and caring with us and with the rest of the other guest (Fran & Sheila)) Thank you so much!! we will definitely come back

I could say maybe was missing a lift? but to be honest is not a big deal

The room and the bathroom were small and basic but still clean and comfy. We were very happy with the breakfast and the position of the accommodation is very central, so I can easily suggest it for a couple of nights.

Great bang for buck. Good location close to it all but just far enough away for the quiet. Great food at the restaurant and they give you a discount as a guest eating in.

Our room had this slight smell coming from the bathroom..maybe from the drain or toilet not sure. It wasnt terrible, we opened up the window and door which helped.. The aircon in the room wasn't the best so room was abit stuffy.

I feel like this hotel should have a higher rating than it currently does. We have nothing bad to say about this place. We booked a standard double room and it was adequately sized (not small at all). It had an ensuite, fridge, tv, window, strong wifi and plenty of storage options to place your bags and belongings. The bed is a little hard, but we don’t mind a harder bed. We didn’t eat at the restaurant downstairs but you get a 10% discount if you’re a guest, and it always seems to be busy. The location is ideal for access to public transport as well as many eating options and small bars. The staff at reception were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Bed comfy room 204 ! And spacious! Staff is very friendly. Thanks to keep our bags for free all day before our leaving.

The shower is terrible, no pressure, is like I took my shower with a small pistol water gun 😂

really great location. super close to Khao San Road but without any of the noise. the staff were so lovely, especially the staff working the restaurant.

not a dislike just something to point out - the rooms/bathrooms are quite small but the hotel does disclose this when booking. if you’re a light sleeper, definitely bring an eye mask as our room had a window leading onto the next corridor so there was light in the room even with the curtain across. nothing major but worth pointing out.

The attitude and service, especially of the hotel owner, were outstanding.
