Nice clean rooms although there was a slight musty smell in one of the rooms, it never bothered us. Pool was small but wonderful to have and the kids loved it. Staff were really friendly and helpful. With the added bonus of being far enough from the Khao San that you can choose whether you're involved in the madness. Easy access to the ferry for transport to many of the popular tourist sites and the MRT. Will definitely stay again when we're back next. The food was good, and the same sort of prices as the other tourist orientated ones around the area.

The only downside was the slight mustiness. This was never invasive though and you never noticed it when you were in the room for a while. It was just upon entering.

Great location for people who don’t was to be super close to the busy/hectic areas of Bangkok but in walking distance to great bars and close to the river for the ferry, making it easy to get around. Bar/restaurant area was great too.

We booked a deluxe room, these are the rooms with bathrooms. Just be aware not all rooms have showers and toilets in them - check before you book. Air con was hit and miss.

The location was amazing, super close to the nightlife, all restaurants, shops and massage parlours but off a side road so you don’t hear the noise. The pool area was awesome . We weren’t sure what to expect after reading some negative reviews but we loved the hotel . The bed was actually comfy, not like most Thai beds . The staff were friendly and the room was clean. Would definitely stay here again.

The bathroom set up is a bit weird as you go onto the balcony to get to it but we thought it was sort of cool . It does need a renovation or clean up as it’s outdated and has some ants.

The swimming pool had to much chlorine in and bleached all our swimming stuff and burnt my sons face

Great location, a few minutes walk to the main busy part of Khaosan but just far enough away that you couldn’t even hear it when sat by the pool. Room was spacious and clean. Staff all friendly and helpful. Good pool table and great swimming pool to chill out in.

Can’t think of anything negative. Only issue I had was going in the pool with silver jewellery on, the pool water is high chlorine and tarnished some of the silver but that’s mostly my fault for wearing jewellery in the pool anyway.

Great location. Great pool and lounging facilities, inside and outside. Great vibe about the place. Lots of group travellers so very welcoming to see it’s a reputable place for backpackers. The open lounge area is beautiful and a free pool table. Tours/transfers desk open for bookings. Free water available at reception throughout the day at a water dispenser. Room was a good size for 3 people. Luggage store available before check in and after check out which made site seeing a lot easier.

Very close to some nice authentic markets, restaurants, and Khaosan Road; staff were very hospitable and kind, general feel of the villa is relaxing despite being near the centre of Bangkok. Surprisingly, there was only low-level noise at night despite said location.

Located on a very narrow road; not the fault of the hotel, just something to be aware of if you require the use of large transportation. The safe in my room was broken (and in plain sight) so it wasn't much use. 😅

Room was clean, beds very comfortable, air-conditioning worked great. The pool was clean and good for a dip to cool down. The road is pretty quiet at night and only a few minutes walk from all the bars, lots of really nice food in the area. The staff in the hotel and restaurant were very friendly! 7Eleven around the corner, as well as a river boat pier. Would definitely stay again!

Great location - lots of great bars and restaurants nearby, close to the pier, close to Khoa SAN Rd, although we preferred Ram Buttri Rd. Lobby/Restaurant was welcoming. Breakfast options were limited but we liked it, although the “toast” was bread (turn up the setting a bit!) Coffee and tea was good (although they charged for coffee refills). Restaurant staff were very friendly. Rooms were comfortable, beds and pillows were good. Swimming pool was great - nice size and good seating. Had everything we needed for our 4 night stay.

Downside was minor… Toast was too light and charged for coffee refills. No elevator. Shower mounts were at an awkward angle so had to hold the shower head to get decent coverage.

- Big room with very comfortable beds - Kettle, Coffee, tea and water in the room - Good Wi-Fi coverage and Internet speed - Bathroom have all accessories: shower gel, cap, etc. - Silent street around the hotel which has lots of cafes and bars

- little bit noise behind the door when smb pass the room and talking - No elevator in hotel (be ready to go upstairs with small stair steps). If you heave heavy luggage it could be not so easy to bring it on 5th floor. - Poor breakfast on the morning
