The location was perfect for where we wanted to be. The American breakfast was really, really good. The rooms were clean and comfy.

The one thing that we were not too happy about was the temperature of the hot water in the shower - at best, it was just mildly warm and not at all hot unlike the basin. My son in another room did not have this problem.

Without a doubt, it's a very good hotel to stay. What works for it is a location - there is nothing you want more after a long day in a central Bangkok than to get a Grab to drive you to the outskirts of the busy city and have a beautiful evening in. Plus, the rooms are designed beautifully to accommodate your stay.

This is not really a criticism, but a few things could be improved: 1. Restaurant/breakfast - you really want to experience a beautiful Thai cuisine while you are in Thailand and the Restaurant is serving Italian menu... having said that the food is delicious 😋 A bit of diversity in a breakfast menu will be nice as well. 2. Car park - it's just simply too small to accommodate all the guests arriving by car plus the delivery vehicles. So to get out in the morning is always a big problem. 3. Charges - even though we left our card details during the booking, it was charged upon our departure without consulting us (even though we would preferred to pay cash to eliminate any additional bank charges). 😞😓

The location is perfect. very quiet area and yet only 20 minutes walking (or tuktuk) from the Khaosan street where everything is happening. The hotel looks definetely like a 5 star hotel, the room, the swimming pool and actually all the facilities are good.

The breakfast is poor, no variations, I wouldnt recommend to book breakfast, you can eat around the hotel area for a small amount of money a good meal. The staff doesn't speak english and are not motivated to help or to answer any questions.

I like mood and tone in the room. Its size is big enough for two people. There is space to leave my carry-on size bag open. 7-11 near the hotel

No restaurant belongs to hotel but I guess it’s coming soon on the first floor. Parking is inadequate. Hotel staff asked me to park on footpath and 8 am next morning they woke me up to move a car. It was so annoying!

Very nice and spacious room, a comfy mattress and good pool area. You can find everything you need within a few minutes (7-11, massage, fruits, streetfood, etc.).

There was no hot nor warm water in a shower my whole stay. Staff could learn how to be more nice to people, answer the greetings and say Hi from time to time. The breakfast is the same all the time. Location is not the best, but using Grab you’re all good getting anywhere you need pretty fast.

We had an early appointment at Sirirach hospital, where parking is impossible, so we walked to the hospital, leaving the car in the hotel car park. The room was quiet, comfortable and well equipped, with the air-con making very little noise at all! The need to use the keycard to operate the elevator gave a good feeling of security - all so necessary, alas, nowadays.

There was no Breakfast available, so we had to buy stuff at 7-Eleven and take it back to eat in the room - that did rather detract from the overall impression. Also, the TV in the room was very difficult to manage, and we had to have a member of staff come up to the room no less than 5 times to assist. There was no written material of any kind in the room, and an explanation of this, in particular, would have been helpful.

The bed, the most comfortable one. Nice decorated bathroom. Smart TV. The restaurant downstairs serves very good dishes and coffee. The staff were so kind, they allowed us to check in early and out later (by one hour). Overall, if we still can have the same price or similar to what we had we would definitely come back.

The parking space is limited. Our room faces the road so we could hear the noises from the street.

Communication issues, asked towels for a child in a booking, didn’t get them. You have to ask pool towels from reception. Breakfast restaurant with absolutely horrible service and coffee. They don’t understand english at all. At first they wanted us to pay extra for breakfast even though we had breakfast in room rate. There’s no option for breakfast, only one set. And child won’t get free breakfast or a drink!

Great big room very comfortable bed and quiet hotel even though quite busy. Staff in Embers restaurant were exceptional very happy to help even if a little shy but remember no foreign tourists for nearly 3 years. Food here waa good huge breakfast came with the room . Receptional staff were friendly and helpful . Plenty of hand sanitizer around the hotel in all main areas and masks in place

No english TV channels at all not even news or 1 movie channel. We only had 1 night so not a big issue

We need to check out early, the hotel staffs were kind to help pack our breakfast. The pool was a nice place to chill out after a day of walking. Near to the train station to kanchanaburi.

Location was inconvenient. Peak hour traffic jam right outside the hotel. Almost missed our train.
