The building is old but clean and well maintained with very friendly staff. Room and facilities are basic and value for money is good. The wifi connection is stable and reliable.

The location is in a small soi off On Nut Road. The soi is residential and very safe, quiet and relaxing. However, it is a 15 min walk to Peoples Park (shopping & Starbucks) and a further 10 mins to BTS On Nut. I usually walked for exercise and took a BOLT motorbike taxi when coming back. No gym, pool or washing machine. Very few English channels on TV.

Low price, and I got very fast wifi, clean room, silence street, no noise, balcony, helpful staff, big fridge, strong AC. I was very tired after 12 hours travel, and asked if I could check in 12 instead of normal 14 clock. The staff helped me and 12 clock I got my room. Amazing!

Hard bed. 45 minutes walk to BTS skytrain. Onnut station. So the local bus is importment if you dont wanna walk 45 minutes in hard sun.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room had everything you would need for a short stay, including a cute little balcony. Quiet setting, clean, hot water and toiletries. Would happily book again.

Some reviews state it is in walking distance to the BTS Onnut station, which it technically is, but it is a 30min walk which should be considered. But bike taxis are at the end of the road and Grab is a great app to overcome that.

I called the number they provided here and they gave me the most welcoming answer and the staff at the reception is very polite and friendly. The bed is quite big and the clealiness is superb! They have coffee too for the coffee lover not only one but two. The place is comfy and safe neighborhood.

What I don't like is I couldn't find any thing to be grumpy. Hahahaha. Just kidding.

I like the location, it's close to the BTS and nice shops. The apartment is perfect you get what you pay for.

This is my second time I stayed here and this was the first time I didn't have any hot water. The water heater in the shower in room 209 did not work. If they fix it, problem solved. The first time I stayed in room 207 and the water was perfect. I would recommend this apartment for anyone.

The room was generous in size. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Nice desk to work from. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The location is a bit deep into OnNut but still ok. Can walk towards BTS or catch a motor bike. Lots to see along the walk.

Hard bed but very nice apartment, was upgraded for free . Very nice staff and 24 hour guard

Only downside is the distance from public transport (def not walkable in Bangkok heat) Aside from that lovely place

This was a return stay. Clean, simple, functional. Bed and pillow okay, a bit hard for my taste. Aircon is quiet and works well. Location quiet and safe. Starbucks, 711, ATM, a little shopping mall, and plenty of restaurants nearby. There’s a metro station somewhere but I didn’t use it. Good quality/price ratio.

For what it cost is what I got, nothing to complain about
