Very nice apartment, with some small beverages. Also a nice view out of the window. Everything very clean. 20 min to the airport. Free airport shuttle if you stay 2+ nights, very kind and helpful stuff.

Note that the Hotel charges you a deposit of 500 baht per room in cash and returns it by the check out. Was a little bit unnecessary, cuz I didn't know what to do with 500 baht in cash on the day of my departure.

Comfortable, well-set-out room, quiet room; the bed was comfy, and the room was cleaned to a high standard. The hotel was well-maintained, with a strong attention to detail. The staff are constantly vigilant of your needs and requests and are willing to assist with them. Good overall security within the hotel required dedicated cards to access all entry points, including the lift. Good gym facility, fun voyage of discovery—the staff will show you two excellent coffee shops nearby, a Tesco shopping complex, and proximity to the airport.

There is a small safe in the room, not what I would call user-friendly. Very industrial area; therefore, limited eateries. You require Grab to get into town.

Great stay, really clean and beautiful room, that had everything that we needed. For the price we received a nice and cozy planned hotel room with all necessities that we needed. On top of that there is a 7/11 directly next to the Hotel and also another bigger shopping center where you can buy all the fruits, snacks and so on whatever you desire.

At one point there was a heavy heavy rain and the whole street/road was full of water and it looked like that a new river was created. Luckily we had a car that we could just drive out slowly, but that was a really crazy situation. What we also didn't like were the Billard Table, that we requested to play, but the table was dirty, the pool sticks were not straight and broken and the table itself was not fully straight either sadly, but in general we enjoyed our stay there.

It's close to the airport and 15 minutes to the down Town very clean hotel and the staff was like ur family anything u want it will be with you in second the room was working by the I pad if I have plans to go to Bangkok again I'll stay in this hotel I highly recommend and I'll rate this hotel as 5 ⭐😊

I loved that they have small thoughtful gifts and things to make the guest experience more enjoyable e.g. bottomless tea/coffee/chocolate and bread at the reception, free snacks and soda in your room... Small things but they left a lasting impression on my kids and to them, it was the best hotel we stayed at in Thailand. It is also close to nice food joints so we had good options on where to eat. I also likes that they do Landry at a very minimal fee or you can do your own laundry for even cheaper at their laundromat.

The location - far from Bangkok CBD meaning we had to spend a lot on transport.

A modern and stylish hotel. We stayed as a stop over in between flights. We flew into the northern airport which is 50 min taxi away. And stayed one night. The gym is well equipped for most and air conditioned. There is a golf simulator. Hotel offers free coffee tea and water. Lobby is relaxed. Everything was clean. Room stylish and comfortable. Small but fits everything in well. Good value for money.very friendly staff. Great for a stop over. They also have a web app which is quite useful.

If there are noisy people, the hallway between rooms is loud. When everyone is in their rooms it was fine. Slept very well regardless of outside noise which was minimal after 10:30pm. Road outside had a small flood during our stay. This didn't affect hotel only the surrounding area.

Overall, I highly recommend this place! From the staffs to the cleanliness, everything truly impressed me. Staffs are really polite and helpful. Plus, don't miss the chance to enjoy their free airport drop-off service—it's fantastic! If you really want to stay away from the busy areas in Bangkok, consider this place for your entire stay.

It's not something I personally disliked, but some travelers might. The location is a bit far from Bangkok's busy areas, including shopping malls and night markets. However, Grab Moto can be a great solution—just be sure to hold on tight and bring a helmet!

Nice spot local to the airport and very affordable. Recently renovated hotel so all modern amenities! Great location if you need to get to the airport in a hurry -15/20 mins away and you want to avoid dragging your luggage through Bangkok if you only have 1 day and night in the city. This way you don’t have to worry about hitting traffic if you take a taxi. This is about 30-40 minutes out of the city at night but the Grabs were cheap!

No breakfast options but commentary coffee is included and there is a local shop nearby.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. It is conveniently located near the Suvarnabhumi Airport, making it a perfect place to stay during your layover in Bangkok. The facility itself is spotless and well-kept. The rooms have all the necessary amenities, including shampoo, shower gel, lotion, toothpaste, toothbrush, etc. They have complimentary water, coffee, and ramen at the front desk, available 24/7 as well. The staff is amazing and eager to help with any requests you might have.

Honestly, there is nothing we did not like about this hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful even printing out our visa’s for us. The design of the hotel is immaculate and feels very high end with the rooms feeling very comfortable with a TV that has access to streaming services. There is a 7/11 next door too as well as a cheap laundry place so a perfect stop off point. We will be back again whenever we pass through Bangkok as it is also close to the airport and they offer a free shuttle (after so many nights stay). The gym and garden area was a lovely retreat and had everything we needed.

Location is a bit remote and there is a strong smell outside the hotel which isn’t pleasant (not their fault)
