Spacious rooms, beautiful view of mountains, quiet neighborhood and provided facilities are a plus. There was a bathtub in our room and there was also a swimming pool and pool side area for chilling.

They didn’t have enough staffs. Due to the lack of staff, the hotel campus is in bad, not very clean state. The animals owned by the hotel are not taken care well. There was also no lift but the highest floor is only the third floor. The hotel location is a bit far from the city center but still accessible with taxi or scooters but no public transport.

I stayed at this hotel for one night with my cat, and I absolutely loved it. The place is reasonably clean, quite spacious, and has everything you need. They provided several water bottles, some coffee, a kettle, and a generous pack of cookies. There’s even more coffee, water, and cookies available next to the swimming pool, which is a nice touch. The receptionist mentioned that if I ran out of water, I could simply ask for more, which was very convenient. The hotel is in a very quiet location, surrounded by a wonderful garden with beautiful trees and birds singing. My cat loved listening to the birds in the morning, which made our stay even more special. Although it’s a bit far from the city, the area has all the essentials. Within a 10 to 15-minute walk, there’s a 7-Eleven across the road. The receptionist also gave me the business card of a restaurant just 300 meters away, and another restaurant is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. I didn’t get a chance to try the restaurants, but you definitely won’t go hungry staying here. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

The properly was quiet but close enough to the old town which is exactly what we wanted. The space is beautiful and the staff were always on hand to help in any way they could.

The properly had everything it advertised and more. It might be worth for the hotel to have contacts to a tour agent for tours- but this is only a suggestion- we certainly didn’t miss out not having it!

The villa was amazing and staff were really lovely. Also there was an option to have free coffee and biscuits any time of the day.

We couldn't use the pool as it needed cleaning but it didn't seem like they were trying to fix that with any urgency. Also, there are no shops or restaurants nearby - maybe if the hotel offers bike rental, this would make it less of an inconvenience.

The room was clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable! Lots of pillows! Quiet and serene.

I didn’t have a microwave or kettle in the room, however they were available at the pool area. The water temperature for the tub could have been hotter. Lots of Geckoes outside, was unfamiliar with the noises so it spooked me in the beginning.

The staff are so attentive and helpful. We were at the hotel for 2 weeks and they took great care of us. As it is a bit secluded it is a lovely place to stay if you want to relax away from the tourist attractions.

The pool needs maintenance and proper chemicals.

We couldn't believe there were no other guests, it seems people don't know about this hidden treasure! We simply loved everything, great pool in a beautiful garden, very good breakfast with even! coffee machine (cappuccino, latte..) - best start of the day. We enjoyed it so much. With Grab, no problem reaching the city, night bazaar.. just round the corner great laundry with a small shop and a restaurant (great cook). Parking available, we had scooters..

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Private location in a village. Not crowded and traditional styles.

Air conditioning stopped working in our room so we had to move to another smaller room as they didn't have one of the same size available. Disappointed we couldn't get the AC fixed instead.

Room is okay for us. And, we took this place because of pet friendly.

Location is quite far from the center, not a walking distance. Area around hotel is not so nice to walk around. Expect better breakfast with this price range.
