This is a beautiful resort with excellent spa facilities and a great bar. I especially loved the massage services and enjoying cocktails by the pool and at the piano bar. One thoughtful touch was the availability of shower facilities for guests with late or delayed flights — we really appreciated being allowed to use them after check-out. If they addressed the issues listed below, this resort would be a solid 10/10.

Unfortunately, breakfast was among the worst we've experienced at a 5-star hotel. The food looked nothing like what was shown on the menu, and the quality was very disappointing. Service also fell short of what you'd expect in Thailand. One server in particular, "Mai," was extremely condescending and unkind. A few other staff members could definitely benefit from additional training and customer service education.

Rooms are new, clean and comfortable and the facilities are well maintained, including the pool and the gym. Staff are quite helpful to the extent they can and when asked - we had a cable issue but was fixed eventually with help with staff. Breakfast are great with decent amount of options and not too overwelming. I much enjoyed chilling alongside the pool or balcony outside the room. Location is pretty good as well. Some airplane noise but not too bad personally. Close to nature and just a grab away from most downtown stuff.

Restaurant could be improved - we stayed for three days and some wellness bowls are never available. I ordered the only one available and it was not good. Otherwise food (besides breakfast which is great) are generally okay but not as good if you’re going to dine there more than once. Finally, I would drop the charge for local water during meals - I argued against it and got it taken off pretty easily. This is not a high-end restaurant and I didn’t order a high end water (it’s literally locally recycled glass water where you get freely in your room). Finally, staff are generally very helpful when asked but could benefit from more training and be a bit more proactive. Oh the free wellness classes are good to have but def not worth paying for (2 free ones per guest).

The property is new, very well designed and close to Nimman. The beautiful place to stay, very comfortable bed and fluffy towels. The breakfast was delicious; well prepared and of good quality ingredients. Staffs were nice and super helpful. K.Gib kindly arranged our forgotten item to be delivered to us.

We could use a more table/console space to put things. The chair in room could be more comfortable. We wish there could be more things to do in the hotel. The fitness is a little to compact. Only 2 of us in there already seem full.

It is newly opened and the place is absolutely beautiful.

It has been one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff was exceptional, always willing to help, friendly and very attentive to even small details. The spa, restaurant and cocktail bar were incredible 10/10 . They all made our stay very special and we would definitely come back. I would 100% recommend everyone to come here

The hotel design and ambience are so chill and relaxing , the location is a bit remote but you will love to staying there to enjoy various wellness activities. All staff are very friendly and two of them namely Biggie and Alfa are super nice and sweet! Breakfast is above average but it would be perfect if put some effort on the food presentation and bakery items.

Everything was wonderful, it was exceptional 5 star service throughout. Staff are brilliant and polite, the breakfast was very good and healthy. I liked the complimentary yoga classes. Gym and pool were good. Room was amazing, really comfy bed and luxurious.

The spa treatments were quite pricey, I guess that's because they are high quality and it's a 5 star resort but they were similar to London prices!

Nice design and not too far from the old town.

The wardrobe and the bathroom are in the same room. Also, the bathroom door opens directly opposite the bed. If one of the guests goes to the bathroom during the night or to get his clothes, it will disturb the other guest.

Breakfast was excellent with high quality food, many options and great service. The dinners were also great, we sat in the bar upstairs, and the cocktails are delicious and imaginative. The spa was excellent and the service very professional.

Perhaps a few more options for vegetarians on the dinner menu.

The hotel is stunning and the staff is kind and thoughtful. It’s the perfect place to relax.

Everything was great - but more sun beds near pool would be welcomed.
