Reiz has been very accommodating to all our requests. We stayed here for a month, and although it’s far from the city, that’s exactly what we wanted. It’s peaceful and quiet, surrounded by trees and different kinds of birds. There are great cafes, bars, and restaurants around the area, especially in Sandbox. The view and environment make it a perfect spot to relax and recharge.

The only small issue was the shoe rack. Since guests change slippers before going upstairs, different shoe smells can mix when the rack is opened. They put air fresheners, but it’s not always enough. It’s just a minor problem though.

Fantastic place to stay away from busy city centre but easy to reach by car or local transport. Host Dominic and maid we're super helpful with everything, apartment was spotless and clean and new, kitchen had everything we needed for a week stay including cooking cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle and plenty of utensils and plates for 2-3 nights cooking in apartment and breakfast most days. Limited parking, but we always had a spot. The building is a few minutes walk up quiet road but the area felt very safe for us and only 15 minute walk to main road and transport into city and local 7/11 lotus express had everything we needed for short stay (big lotus supermarket 10 minutes drive). Short walk from apartment to loads if cafes and plavces to eat and a short 20 minute walk to small street market with a decent selection of street food. Once a week there's a bigger market in the temple with loads of choice

Only thing we felt maybe security could be a little better. There was a gate leading around back and security door left open a lot so it's possible someone could walk up to the rooms, but unlikely as the building was off the main road and quiet and felt safe.

Self check-in was easy, and Dominic was always available via text. Really appreciated the housekeeper’s thorough service. The apartment had everything I needed — fridge, kitchen amenities, dinner table, balcony, high-speed internet, comfortable bed, plus a shared laundry room. Everything is well organized, and I loved the interior.

Even though the old city and excursions aren’t far, traffic in Chiang Mai makes it take longer to get anywhere. Carrying heavy luggage up the stairs is also a hassle.

Nice clean modern room with many kitchen amenities (if you want to eat take out food in the room), large refrigerator, 2 balconies. There is a water filter with the kitchen sink so you get unlimited drinkable water. Well soundproofed (cannot hear the activity from nearby outdoor restaurants which have some music playing when you close the windows). Host very responsive and helpful. They even have a real orchid in the room! Extremely thoughtful! Many small cute breakfast restaurants close by (check on google maps). Housekeeper is also very nice. Will definitely come back. (and I did!).

It was not a problem for me as I always have a motorbike during my stays in Chiang Mai -- but you need to know the residence is a bit outside of the main city attractions...

Stayed in 1-bedroom apartment on 2nd floor which was spotless, well equipped and very spacious - photos are accurate but the place feels even better in person (nice design/luxury feel). Balcony is large and the outside bath very nice - overlooks a quiet garden/trees so also very private (and is North facing so doesn't get too hot). Huge windows (fully opening) in both rooms. Large bathroom and shower. All facilities (hot water, fridge, kitchen equipment, A/C, wi-fi) worked flawlessly. Check-in (by key code) and check-out very straightforward with good comms.

Location is great for Suthep (plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, nice 'semi rural' vibe) but trips to most attractions require a car/motorbike ride. Nearest 7-11 shops are around 10-15 minutes walk in either direction. Property is not far from airport so planes are audible (fortunately there are not too many - maybe only a couple per hour daytime, none at night). Also there is an outdoor bar/restaurant area nearby so there is music/noise from this throughout the evenings - however this is not really loud and can be blocked by closing the windows.

1) wish the laundry could be done inside the unit 2) the washing machine does not have a timer, so a bit tough to know when it will complete, troublesome as it is a shared washing machine 3) weird layout of the clothes wardrobe, located inside the bathroom 4) the fridge is not close to the kitchen 5) walk up apartment, could be tiring after a long day of walking 6) no shoes once inside the building so not enough shoe storage space 7) forced to share bedroom slippers 8) mosquitoes

Staff is friendly and the accomodation is very peaceful - no lound noises or trafic nearby. Very nice and modern appartment. Would love to go again. Nearby you have alot of restaurants and shops.

The kitchen is lacking utensils and the bed was kind of on the harder side. Also don't like the ac positioning in the bedroom.

Staffs were kind, polite and helpful. The room came packed with quality amenities. Bed was comfortable and the room felt cozy and homey. The surrounding nature was a huge plus. Convenient location.

Great facility, very quiet ( almost too quiet). Off the Main Street, so it will take some time to go to all the popular. Spots, but if you like to have a slow life, chill, this is the place to be!

The cleanliness, quietness and peace. It is almost as if you are staying at your own place. There are also full kitchen available. The bed is really comfy. The owner and staff are amazing as usual. All the reasons, I have stayed at this property every time I come to CNX.
